We were thankful to get a room in town. However, the bedsheets were very wrinkled on one bed leading me to believe they weren't changed. Several pillows didn't have cases. The sink area was filthy.

The property was okay but definitely not nice enough to be $200 a night (the price we paid). The room was very outdated which I am saying in hopes that it was not dirty. The window seal was terrible and the room was very noisy due to this. There is also sheer curtains so it was very bright in the room and night with McDonald and street lights shining in. The blankets had the same feel as a mattress protector. There was a wall that looked like it was slimy and the bathroom and tub looked dirty but I believe this is just from it being older but we did not n shower while there due to being unsure if it was clean or not.
The breakfast was very good though.

It is a nice hotel in driving distance to Yellowstone. We enjoyed the pool and it is a close walk to a tasty Mexican dinner.

I was very impressed that even though we requested housekeeping service a bit late, they serviced our room immediately! The only detail that was overlooked was replacement of makeup removal towelette and replacement of Kleenex tissue box. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Found a man sleeping in the stairway has we were taking things out to our car. We told the front desk and they immediately went to remove him. There is a homeless shelter only a few buildings away.

Worst customer service
Booked the hotel stay as a group and one cousin had a fire accident and couldn’t proceed with the trip but the hotel rejected the request for a refund even after multiple requests. They won’t even give hotel credits for future travel. I will never stay in this group of hotels anymore. Expedia should have some provisioning for a family emergencies, not satisfied with Expedia as well.

I was given a pre-flooded room with smell. The carpet was wet.

We had people marching back and forth in the room above us. The staff wouldn’t call and only after walking with the staff up to the level above us and hearing the noise from outside did they finally knock and got them to stop. We had an early flight so dealing with this until 10:30 at night was pretty rough.

I had hoped-for a hot tub to relax my back after driving all day. They don't have one, so I went to the pool, it's not heated and quite cold
