Have stayed here several times, always pleased with hotel and staff. Looks like they are going to be doing some needed updating to the rooms this year.

Location: Great, one block from the main drag. Service: Friendly! Room: Large and clean. Pool: Perfect! Cons: Small double beds in some rooms. Recommendation: Stay here!

Two week stay to visit family - the room was a little dated but had everything we could possibly need and it was very clean. The pool area was lovely - lots of room and always sun loungers available. The location is second to none - a 2 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. The maintenance and cleaning staff were particularly friendly.

Check in and staff very good. Rooms very old and worn out. Smelt musty in the room, ripped carpet. Described as a resort, but no restaurant or bar on site so feel that is a bit misleading. Our fault, as we should of researched more. Overall would not consider this hotel if back in Palm Springs.

Very clean hotel. Complimentary Starbucks coffee. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Went to eat, bars, and dancing. All walking distance.

Great place to stay!!! Downtown palm spring right at your fingertips!!! Everything was walking distance, and extremely convenient!!! The team was always willing to respond quickly through text or phone call!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

We arrive to the hotel and the front desk person was very helpful and assigned us a room. When you got to the room it was not clean or the bed was not made. So the front desk person assigned us to another room. However, my husband had to buy a fan because the room was not maintaining the cool temperature. Also Spectrum had unexpected outage that affected the area.

The front staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel frequently stayed in communication with me via text. I would recommend this hotel it was clean and walkable to restaurants and bars.

Very fun and retro (in a good way) hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location and easy parking. My only concern is that the AC in our room was on the loudish side. I know they’ll be doing some renovations in early 2025 and hopefully an AC upgrade is in the works. Regardless, we’d stay again!

First room on second floor did not have a locking deadbolt. Moved to 3rd floor and room was good. Elevator wasn’t working and the heat in Palm Springs was oppressive this time of year. Checkout staff were excellent and exceptionally friendly.

Parking lots were full and had to park on the street, lugging all of our bags to two different rooms across the ‘resort’. Checked into first room which was unbearably hot. AC didn’t seem to work adequately but gave it an hour before asking the front desk to move us. Elevator to second room was out of service but not mentioned by staff.
Second room was basic but cool enough to sleep in. Tried to book spa services but didn’t seem like they had an actual spa onsite or a massage therapist even scheduled to work on a summer Saturday morning. Underwhelming and not what we expected after a long drive out.

Excellent location in downtown Palm Springs. Large, clean room with a patio. Pool area was big and had tons of umbrellas and misters with cool mist. Only things that were a bummer were no pool bar, however, they did offer pool side cocktail service until 5pm and I think you can take your own if you want. And there is only one entrance in/out of the hotel. It was 120 degrees outside so you may find close parking to the entrance but if not, walking from the parking lot farther away gets hot quick. Overall great place with tons of amenities and great atmosphere.

We loved that it was walking distance to shopping, dining areas, and the museum. The property is nice and clean, the pool is a bit small, but we still had a great time and we did get to enjoy swimming.

This place was okay. I can't complain for the price. I would say the resort is a little outdated. Nevertheless, staff were friendly i had a grear relaxing stay.

The room was very comfortable, staff are friendly people there. Location of hotel is convenient close to many restaurants and attractions. Overall I will be staying there again. Only down fall is they don’t clean the room daily when u stay but u can request it.
