Poorly maintained. In first room Tv and refrigerator didn’t work. So they moved us to another room. Sheet rock in bathroom was peeling and crumbling. Bottom of bathtub was gray instead of white. Dead roaches in bathroom. Only good thing was staff was polite

Owner very rude when asking a simple question, acted like he was too elite to answer... employee at check out was very nice

Was very nasty had bed bugs and body hair everywhere toilet was nasty ......i didn’t stay walked in and walked out requested refund do to the state of motel

The room was clean, but bathroom was outdated. The drain in the sink was broken, not draining.

I checked in the evening and ended up staying and ordering cleaning supplies on DoorDash (since I did not have a vehicle). Since I had already paid, and was very tired from my trip, I stayed. The bathtub had a dirt ring around it. The A/C was thick with dirt and grime. I removed the filters and washed them. I wiped down the wall, as there was juice or some dried liquid splashed on it. The cabinet with the refrigerator was sticky as well as one of the side tables. I cleaned both with Clorox wipes. I could not find the entrance, as the main entrance was under construction and there was no signage showing where to check-in. I chose this hotel for the pool, but unfortunately, it was empty with construction debris inside of it. Never again. I booked a room at a different hotel and left this La Quinta location as fast as I could get an Uber the next day.

Property updating. Room was clean, room doors need new seal. Can see light below door. Doors need new locks. No iron, no iron board,

We didn't stay at property. Room smelled horrible of urine and I requested another room. That was even worse than the first. Bathroom was black and ceiling was black with mold. Went back and desk clerk told me rooms are all the same and not to waste both of our times and find another hotel.

The pool was out of order. The only ice machine there was out of order. In the middle of the night i went to pee and stepped on a cockroach barefooted. The mattress had some kind of black stuff on it. At 4 in the morning my husband got up and said the door to the room was unlocked and the safety latch was undone. There were all sort of people running around all hours of the night. I had to endure 2 men catcalling me and trying to propostion me in the parking lot. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Booked through Expedia. Got to hotel and room was cancelled due to broken water pipe. Still haven’t received money back for room. Contacted LaQuinta and Expedia to no response. Even took out the insurance. This is no fault of ours.

this was the most horrible experience i have ever had, bathtub with mold, fixtures falling off. broken doors, holes in cabinets, i immediately went back in and returned the key to the hotel and booked another hotel.

Person at front desk failed to notice that I'd rented 2 rooms and only issued one. but after realizing error, fixed it.

They were in the process of remodeling .

good afternoon . i usally no a kind of person who complains about anything. i decide to book in in one of you hotel to be specific the la Quinta inn at 4130 W wall st midland texas 79703 the room 111 don't have nought towels, bathroom was dirty, curtain shower extremely dirty and bad shape, refrigerator have dirty water at the bottom, microwave food leftovers inside. please take a action so you business doesn't get affected for this matters.

Absolutely disgusting hotel room. Pubic hair on the shower walls, bloody sheets, and mold in the bathroom.

They are (the staff) bunch of highly unprofessional people with dirty place, pool don’t work. No continental breakfast. Wife doesn’t work down the property we had to switch room. Beware whatever they advertise online is a lie.

Trash

Roaches in the rooms, carpet is soiled and dingy, cieling is peeling, bath tub is peeling as well. Swimming pool is permanently closed and has nasty buildup in it. 10/10 I would not recommend this place. Staff was friendly but towels and linen were a pretty dirty as well. I ended up sleeping in my clothes and used a t shirt on top of the pillow. Non smoking room reeked of smoke.

The first room I got reeked, had empty liquor bottles on the floor, very stained sheets, and what I believe was a blood stain on the carpet. The second room I got had a bum tv/box and the ac barely worked. I won’t be back.

Tv didn’t work crackheads and undercover cops weird place to call peaceful stay

The first room ADA compliant had no security lock. Room was filthy. Second room had broken furniture, tv did not work, towels were old & ratty. Bathtubs were old & dirty...did not bathe there.
