Clean and easy to check in and check out. Comfortable room

We did not get the room we booked. It was small, not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. The noise from the stairwell distrupted our sleep all 3 nights there. The only positive was the breaskfast was decent.

The room wast cleaned when we walked in. It smelled very rotten and humid smell.
The toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, the towels had a bad smell to them too.

It was fine for an away from home visit to see friends. But some items for breakfast were not available. But otherwise the place is fine.

I felt the room was very outdated. The room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The bathtub drain didn’t allow the drain to do its job. We had to figure out a way ourselves. The beds were not firm, but sunk in the middle as they were probably really old. You were able to pull the blankets off and see the indent in the middle of the mattress. Regardless of all this, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and kind.

The carpets need to be replaced. Would recommend vinyl plank. A/C noisy due to its age. Also no eggs left when I came down for breakfast at 8:30. Maybe it was just bad timing in between re-stocking.

The Comfort Inn is a reliable and often booked choice of mine.
I know what I am getting with the company.
However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom shower hadn’t been scrubbed down. There were hairs and stains on the towels.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. everything smelled clean. Tv was very good size and easy to operate. Bath plug did not want to stay closed. had to hold it with my heel on top. The shampoo holder was missing from the tub wall. the room itself did not transfer internal noise, but the proximity to the 401 meant you could hear traffic all night.

Spent the night in a smoke smelling room. The shower is very old and pouring weakly. Towels are clean but exhausted. Front counter staff was a young man wearing pair of jeans and his personal bag and some other things were around him cluttered. It is a motel-like facility were many guests are in pickup trucks and standing out in the evening and nihht to smoke, no noise noticed but it was not a pleasant for me. Room was clean but it was having a first impression smell of smoke.

Lots of fruit flies in the room. Acc kept waking me up because it was so loud. Water pressure was not strong overall not a great stay but good if you’re just sleeping and leaving

checked in for 2 nights to a pet friendly room. No handtowels or bathmat, shorted us a pillow and a mattress pad on one bed. The other mattress pad did not fit. Both comforters were disgusting. Asked for a replacement and it was dirty. one pillow had blood on it another had two slices through it.... bath room - disgusting, fan can cakes. Tub was NOT cleaned between customers!! I reported these issues to hskp, woman jsut glared at me, gentleman tried to help, but brought me an equally dirty comforter. Reported to front desk - asked for GM to contact me, as I DO expect some sort of compensation - a week later, no call - not a great surprise at this point - I was an executive hskp in a hotel much larger than this for 24 yrs. THIS is unacceptable for the money being charged, DO BETTER comfort Inn Cambridge. DO BETTER

Overall good considering the cost. Very basic… Only bar soaps, limited garbage can capacity, tv extremely outdated, not enough power outlets for charging. Generally clean though floors were sticky and waxy…. Beds were also not very comfortable… Again for the cost of the room it’s what you would expect.

The property is conveniently located close to hwy 401. The room was quiet and clean , but the hotel is old and little tired.

We saw room online looking good but when we reach there rooms are small smelly lower roof and they don’t have elevator so it’s hard for old focus to go up and down

The check-in was woefully painful. The Desk Clerk kept mistaking me for another person despite having been provided with my Health Card as ID as well as my credit card. This was repeated 4 times! Four times! The checking-in process took around 35 to 40 minutes. This is definitely unacceptable from a Comfort Inn operation. The neighbourhood is also desolate looking.
