Not great, chose this hotel for a pool and gym, the pool was under refurbishment and 4 out of the 7 pieces of gym equipment were broken. Hotel in pretty poor order including the rooms, left a list to be passed to the manager, he never called me!

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The outside of the building was uninviting as well as the homeless hanging around outside. Inside smelled bad. Now for the room. There were foreign stains all over the cjairs in the room. My found mold all over the bathroom along with bugs. She had complained of a terrible order in the room, turned iut to be mold all over the filter for the air conditioner. We never stayed and demanded my money back. We ended having to stay ay Hyatt down the street and paid 3 times what the Ramada room would have been.

No complaints. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Short walk to Opry Land area bars.

The tub was not clean,bed sheets had stains in them,ceiling cover was missing from the overhead exhaust fan along with missing tiles in shower having it exposed. Customer service was very friendly and amazing.

Worst place ever. Falling apart, super uncomfortable bed, fold out couch mattress felt like sleeping on rolls on nickels, mattress fell through the frame and springs hurt!, mold, service was bad, dirty. Won’t stay again!

I was highly upset that I wasn’t told about a $100 deposit I had to pay on top of the $284 I paid for the rooms for the weekend then they never mentioned the pool was closed until after I paid which was the main reason y I was looking for a hotel with a pool so me and the kids can swim and have something to do between football games and enjoy ourselves I did like the fact the room was spacious loved the mural they had in there the the floors definitely wasn’t swept up at all there was crumb like stuff sticking to my feet WiFi worked at first the first night but it did not work the 2nd day at all it sucked so it was bad enough pool wasn’t open now WiFi wasn’t working to keep kids occupied to watch tv or whatever so I was just o we it be as ready to go home bed was decent enough to sleep on but pull out couch bed was not comfortable at all my kids complained how thin mattress was n woke up saying their back was hurting . Honestly I am not going back because I feel like they should let it be known ahead of time if Poole as open and the deposit part I understand I will get that back but what if I didn’t have that extra $100 to get the room it’s ridiculous

Honestly it was a place to crash for the night. I arrived a little after midnight. Waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes before someone checked me in. The room had a weird vibe to it. Almost like a well used apartment. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed was comfy and the AC worked good. So, atleast, i was av3le to sleep.

We were there for 4 hours to sleep and catch a red eye flight. Didn;t have the opportunity to enjoy my stay.

The hotel was musty and had mold. The walls and rooms were beat up pretty bad. Some of my lights did not work and was sleeping on a bed that creeks. I will not stay there again. I left and my allergies went nuts.

The phone in our room didn't work and no effort to have it repaired. the counter in the restroom was loose and coming off the wall. We had difficulty using the electric outlets, plugs would not stay in light sockets which made it inconvenient and difficult using blow dryer and charging electronics.

Beds were uncomfortable,sofa bed was so uncomfortable my kids felt every spring even after laying blankets under them for more padding.

It was alright stay but the pool was not working and they tried to give me a dirty room when I first checked in and didn’t have no cable in the room they put me I was very disappointed me and my company wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t

Rooms are outdated. I booked it for the pool. The pool was closed. In the First room the Tv did not work we had to move to another room. Staff were not very friendly. When checking in they said my payment did not go through and went to another guest and was helping them before coming back to me and getting my reservation to work with the same payment.

The rooms need updating. Flooring without carpet which was great. Beautiful mural on wall. Bed squeezed everyone sat on it sat or rolled over. Doors were chipped inside and out. Bathtub had dark grey sha.

We couldn't get rhe internet to work at all. I have an autistic 7yr old and she lives on her tablet. Tv didnt work right. We had a plug in in the room that the wall was broke and shoved in the wall. Fire hazard and unsafe. The pool was closed . Some of the stafff were rude and not helpful

The lobby had a strong odor- not clean, not smokey, not sure what the smell was but it was overpowering. The carpet was well worn. First thing I noticed was the sign on the counter that said the pool was closed. I book hotels specifically for pools for my kids. But I understand that things happen, but in hindsight we checked reviews and it seems to be broken often. Inside the room, the bathroom counter is falling apart. The elevator wasnt cleaned either day we were there, the same wrappers on the floor. The ice machine was broken. The bed box spring squeaked with every move. The TV didnt work at all on day 1, finally got it to work but some kind of paperwork with remote instructions would have been great. Breakfast was as advertised, but once it was gone, it was gone, specifically the breakfast sandwiches. The milk jug lid kept falling off. So basically they HAVE it, but it doesn't work- got a pool, can't swim; got an ice machine, not working; got a TV, remote doesnt work and no outsode buttons. We were looking forward to a big room, and the size was great. But the room was uncomfortable, damage to counter seems unsafe and dirty, and the sinple pleasures of a hotel (pool, breakfast, TV) were unsatisfactory. We stayed at a Ramada in Seatlle with similar issues, seems to be the norm for the brand so we will not be staying with them anymore.

Room was smelly, my husband had to fix shower head from spraying Against the wall, he had to fix the toilet seat and the towel rack was broken. There was no floor trim paint was peeling off the walls and it smelt like musty mold... Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee.

Hotel service was amazing! Continental breakfast was okay. Rooms were better than what was shown. Hallways and elevator was dirty. Overall, nice hotel for the money!

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The area is great and safe feeling. Not alot of criminal activity and security is always around but without being intrusive nosey or power driven. The area and people just give you a sense of security and the feeling your protected. Inside the rooms is quiet cozy and spacious. The whole area is quiet and respectful where needed but outside around the stores bars and hangouts is alot of fun loud music relaxing and just good ole fun you don't find any more
