Unfortunately the hotel would not assist me in getting my booking dates changed to next month. I was redirected to two other websites that also did not provide any assistance. My reservation went on without me. I never checked in nor did I physically go to the hotel as I live 2 hours away. No one from the hotel reached out or sent any kind of email, phone call or message showing concern. Now the booking is complete and the dates cannot be changed. I do not recommend the customer service I received during this experience to anyone. They made me feel like they were taking care of my issue but never provided any follow up information or anything at all. ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS ON YOUR PHONE/ TABLET/ IPAD whatever you have..I promise you will need them for proof/ reference.

Carpet in hallway on the third floor where we stayed was filthy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Toilet struggled to clear when flushed. Housekeeping knocked in door in the am in spite of the do not disturb sign on the exterior doorknob. Not impressed.

Renovated property in a very good Vinings neighborhood of Atlanta. Good breakfast and in-house dinner option is nice. We got tired of the music playing by the pool as our room was facing the pool.

Breakfast was not complimentary and you were not made aware of this until after you had you plate and was seated. The worst part was the breakfast was horrible. The worst I’ve had at a hotel in years. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Just not they are strict about a 3pm check in. Staff very friendly.

The guy who checked us in was awesome. I hate that I did not get his name. He had a long braid down his back. He was really courteous and personal. The bar tender kept the bar open later because we had been to a concert. That was a nice touch. She was awesome and nice.

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to Truist Park, which is the reason my family came to Atlanta for Fourth of July weekend in Hotel was very modern in decor. The staff was friendly, and Check In was really easy. The room was very clean and spacious and it was cooled off, which is not normal in most hotels. I loved that the bathroom did not have a shower curtain but it had a glass wall. The hot water got really hot which I love. The pool area was very nice too. The only downfall was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and also there was no ice machine on our floor. Overall, I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Another place was that it offered free shuttle to the ball park. I will definitely book this again.

My stay at the Hotel Indigo was good. The employees were great! The rooms were very comfortable. The property was beautiful and unique and had a very interesting background story about the area, the Vining's. I really wanted to give this stay a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but for one very small issue. This stay was not a cheap booking. In my opinion, if people are paying this much there should not be cracked lamp shades, missing and cracked ceiling tile in the hallways...not to mention the temperature there being almost unbearable it is so warm on floor two through four.
Like I said, minor issues they may already have a plan to do something about. Other than that, wonderful choice if in the area.

Good location to stay for attending Braves baseball game. Free shuttle to and from! Very pet friendly and comfortable room furniture. Down side: tv signal would frequently go out; the shower had a constant drip; and the air conditioning was not working properly - the room was 79-80%. Had to report twice. Second attempt helped some.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ultimately ended up finding another hotel after having issues with 2 rooms. No AC in one and hair in the shower and a door that didn’t completely shut in the other. The door looked like it was kicked in previously and light from the hallway was coming right through.

The hotel location was great! It was located close to family and friends r were just spending 1 night but I don’t think I would come back. The AC was inadequate, the thermostat was hanging off the wall and the maintenance man was surprised that it hadn’t been replaced as all the other rooms had new thermostats! The pillows were pretty awful as well. The staff was great and very attentive but the hotel needs some maintenance.

Hotel location is very convenient but overall it was not a comfortable stay. The air conditioning ran all night long, was unbelievably loud and the room didn't get under 72 degrees. I won't be going back.

It was so-so. This was not my first time staying at this hotel but this time it was not as good as the first time. They have not been doing maintenance on the building as well as I had expected. Things were starting to look dilapidated. The service was not as good, only because the workers seemed overwhelmed. I would blame management for that. I specifically told my husband that this second experience messed up my wonderful first memory of the place so I won’t be returning.
