Traveling north for fishing trip. Decided to stay on the Canadian side. Checked in and was informed by front desk not to leave valuables in vehicles. Said there are many break ins almost nightly. Was told we would have to park out back since we were towing our boat. Was informed that there was no security posted to watch the lot. Many homeless roaming around and watching as we pulled around back. Debated whether to risk it or have all of our gear stolen and ruin our trip. I opted to go back in and cancel the stay. Explained that I had too many valuables to take to my room and since they couldn’t provide adequate security that I would not be staying. The clerk cancelled my booking and was apologetic.

Had to go out and move my car despite the fact that I park in an allowed area Told needed more space than clearly marked for bus No bus!!!!!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Hot beakfast was fine.

Was a nice property. Clean rooms and comfy.

Parking lot was full, so was assigned a city lot in the back of the hotel. We are in our seventies so moving the luggage was not the easiest given the distance. Nice place just difficult parking and neighborhood had some loud partiers.

Good service and very clean.

When we checked in we were told the pool is open. When we looked online, it said it wasn't so we didn't bring swim suits. They had opened it that day. Very disappointing. It took three trips from our room to the front desk to get keys that worked. Even when they did finally work the door stuck so you had to force it open. The ceiling of our room had a large area that had been inexpertly repaired from a leak or something.

The staff were helpful and breakfast was great!

Overall just a really nice comfortable place to stay.

Nice hotel to stay and very close to basic amenities. Broad-walk (an attraction at Sault Ste.Marie) is just across the street.

Not good area

Loved the hotel!!!! Everything was excellent, we had the room with the fireplace, came in late from travelling, was a nice surprise to open up the door and see 500 square feet of awesomeness. Breakfast was a deluxe, fresh pancakes with all the toppings.

The only thing I would change are the carpets in the rooms. Everything else was perfect.

The room was nice clean and well maintained. For the breakfast we have to wait a bit because of a long traveler's. Otherwise we enjoy the stayed.

I booked king suite for 3 people. The room was not available during checking. Worst

Very friendly staff, super clean room with comfortable beds; fitness room, pool and hot tub were great; free breakfast was diverse and plentiful. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time!
