I like that they let you stay extra hour if you checked in late or not

Very dirty extremely dated, I get unsafe the only thing nice was the staff and I believe they’re understaffed

My stay was comfortable! No hotel can compare to home but I definitely found this days inn to be accommodating for my needs. The breakfast didn’t exist but there are options right in the vicinity. Would stay again!

No hotel is perfect or compared to home! I found this hotel to be accommodating for my needs. The breakfast was lackluster, but there are food options located near by. Staff were friendly! Beds comfortable. I’m pretty particular about things but I found this location to be really nice! Would stay again!!

I was concerned about men who were around the property. They might have been workers who live there, but as an unaccompanied female, arriving before dusk, I was afraid to go back out to my car after I got into my room.

The staffing was perfect

They have made a lot of improvements. There was only one working ice machine. Could do a lot better with breakfast.

Upon arrival at the fatal hotel. First charging a $50 deposit, which is refundable. But this is not reported at any time when making the reservation. 2: Pool out of use. and in online promotion everything is perfect and in such a way. Person at the counter informs that throughout Wilson the pools are not in use, which verified in front of the hotel is not real. 3: When I went up to check the front room, a young man was sitting smoking marijuana and I and minors were passing by. Actually, online promotion is absolutely misleading. I do not recommend it.

The rooms were in need of renovation, no pool as advertised and the free breakfast was substandard. The good thing was the low price

Decent stay

Less expensive than others along I-95 but 6 miles off the highway.

When we checked in the front desk personnel were professional. The room was horrible for the following reasons: 1. Phone did not work 2. Water remaining in tub, had to use plunger for the water to leave the tub. 3. When I pulled back the blanket on one of the beds it was obvious it had not been changed or cleaned. The blankets were merely pulled up and there was hair in the bed. 4. Room smelled like Marijuana. 5. Floor had piles of items in the corners as though it had been swept there and forgotten. I called the front desk from my cell phone to complain and the lady was apologetic but they had no other rooms. She offered to have someone come clean the room but with all the issues, that was unacceptable. When I checked out, I spoke with or attempted to speak with the gentleman at the front desk. He could care less and simply said, "yes i see your complaints from last night and the manager will be informed." HORRIBLE experience at this hotel.

The walls were cracked and the room smelled I had to buy spray and also the bed had a cigarette burn in the covers and the pillow and sheets smelled liked the outside or like someone already slept on them. My tissue dispenser was broken. And when I turned on the shower the water was yellow at first and than turned normal.

Our first room had an inoperable AC unit. The front desk staff apologized and gave us another room. The AC worked well but the room was filthy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bedspread had cigarette burn holes. The floor was sticky and I had to wipe down the bathroom counter as well at the top of the dresser. We didn’t want to shower the next morning as the shower was dirty so we went to breakfast (which was coffee, juice and bagels and muffins) and then left.

Found men garments in room and bugs. The bedding was horrible, stains. Had to buy Lysol and Clorox to clean my room before I could sleep in the Room.

It was a lot farther off the highway than expected but overall it was fine.

This is an extremely dirty property. It was loud and the cops eventually had to come clear the parking lot. The bedding had hair and stains. The walls were cracked and broken and in desperate need of new paint. The toilet had remnants from the last guest stuck to the side. We just slept on top of the covers and got out of that mold smelling room first thing in the morning.

These folks really know how to welcome the weary traveler. Chastity is a professional. I'm happy to stay at Wyndham properties as I travel cross country for the next 2 months.

This place is ok for a nights sleep..it is very run down and needs some major repairs..the floor had not been cleaned. The furniture was in poor shape and and there was no chair in the room. Bed comfortable though..

This is a very peaceful and safe place to stay. The breakfast was good as well. Staff was very helpful. Asst. Manager was extremely great with customer service.

My experience at this stay was not very good. I went to check in, the lady who checked me in at front desk seemed annoyed that i was there. She seemed upset that she had more work to do and said "i hate it when yall do this", referring to ne using an app instead of traditional check in. Long story short she diuble charged me the deposit. I did not know this until 24 hiurs later when i tried to book another room, with a different hotel, in another town using the hotels.com app again. I called my bank to see what was going on and why my card was being rejected, they informed me of the double charge. This left me without a place to stay due to me budgeting my expenses with my card i was short now. I called says in, the receptionist was different this time. She informed me she can see my charges and that she would contact her manager asap. The manager told her to tell me that the funds are being sent back within 1 to 5 business days. I told her due to their error i will have to skeep in my car, in the cold and fear bring robbed or worst. She apologized. I asked for a complimentary stay. She said she will ask her manager on duty (12/10/23 @ around 10pm est) if it is possible and call me back. I never received that call. I called her back after some time passed and she said she will call him back and promised she would let me know. No call came. Thus i slept in my car, cold, and worried all night in a parking lot. The manager avoided speaking to me or attempting to help. Horrible

It was decent and clean

Overall all our stay was okay. The bed was clean and comfortable. Had a good night rest, but was about it. Everything else was minimal.
