The room/suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was easy to regulate. In the morning, the breakfast offered was plentiful, though little flavor-same with the coffee. But, I would stay there again.

Mildew in shower floor caulking not appetizing. Area under under mattress near headboard was also not great. I would stay again if room pre-cleaned in this area. Had actual breakfast.

Very nice rooms and hotel. Only issue with my specific room was it was an 80 degree day. The room temp showed 81 and was no air flow. Everytime we tried to turn on the air, it would come on for 30 seconds and then shut off. Luckily we brought our own fan and opened a window. Figured it out the next morning. If it is set to auto fan, it does not stay on even if you set the temp to cooler than the room temp and shuts off. Make sure you set the fan to just the in position and you will be fine! ☺️ Our room has a separate living area. Super nice of you are a late night or morning person and your significant other is not. They serve hot and cold breakfast. There were scrabbled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, biscuits, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Very convenient location and walkable to restaurants and stores. I would stay here again

We unfortunately had to kill 4 flies that were in the room.

A very nice hotel in a good location with many food and shopping options for the price offered.

Stay was nice, room was clean and comfortable. No housekeeping for three days unless you call for service. Would have liked trash pickup and fresh towels at a minimum. Staff were friendly. Breakfast good.

My first room still had a maintenance bucket and mod podge in it, it seemed like the maintenance guy just abandoned the job a while back and left the room. Front Desk was kind but had no idea what was going on. The second room I got had an obvious smoke smell in the bathroom, like the last person who stayed there had just holed up in there to smoke. Not sure why the housekeeping didn't notice. Front Desk again was very kind and helpful - she brought some powerful smoke-removing air freshener. Overall the property itself seemed very nice in the lobby and dining area, but lacked care taken in the individual rooms. The air conditioner was so loud when starting up that someone on the phone with me said "what was that?!"

Girl at desk was super nice and brkfast staff. First room had bugs in the bed. Second room was ok. Def need to work on cleaning. Beds old

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in years! Spotless and the front desk was so kind, helpful and informative. The ladies at the front desk, both evening and morning, bent over backwards to help me and I am so greatly appreciative to them for that! It was a stressful stay due to sending my son off to BMT but they were so comforting and answered all of my questions! I was so impressed at how clean this hotel was, they have officially raised the bar for me, for any future stays in hotels!

Check in and out were quick and easy. Suite was spacious. Beds could be a little bigger. One suite out of 4 had a toilet that wasn't flushing but decently clean and no weird smells.

We have stayed twice here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. In both rooms, the a/c was very loud in starting up, and the rolling shower doors screeched loud enough to wake me up from sleep. Nice people and nice place!

Located Conveniently for Dining, Shopping and Highway Access

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I had a good check in and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows were meh, but I was tired so I slept! Room was a cool set up, a couch and hang out area and a separate sleeping area! The TVs were small, but that’s ok. Hallways smelled kind of strange, but the room was ok. It could use a few updates and repairs, but overall it was a decent stay!

There were stains on the couch, the floor was not sweeped and crumbs from previous guest were there , stains on wall and pillows smelled like drool…

My husband and i came to stay and we ended up getting a balcony with a sliding door that locks clearly! So we go to step outside and we sit the sliding door and it locked up on us! We were in the 3rd floor first, so my husband decided to jump down and hurt his back in the process otherwise we could have been stuck there for hours before anyone knew anything! Once he got down he went to the grunt desk and they gave him 3 different keys to open the room and that didn't work all the while we had the doors deadbolted since we were in the room already and that gave issues cause he had to slip his hand threw to unlock the deadbolt! And the whole time I'm locked out and stuck on the balcony for at least an hour almost 2 and the have a 25.00 credit for this!!!! I will never come again cause it wasn't until we got locked out that they said they have had problems with those doors and locks!!!!

The room at Quality Inn was more than I imagined. It was awesome, clean comfortable bed, walk in shower. The staff was very friendly.

This place is by far one of the best facilities under Quality Inn.

Great Breakfast; peoperty was clean, quiet, close to the free way and well updated. There was nothing we did not like.

My husband and i ended up staying in one of the suites and it was very nice, comfortable and clean! Breakfast was nice since they have a chef that prepares the menu everyday! So you get more then just cold cereal and toast! The front desk staff was so nice and friendly! And have us options for radians that were rated good!!!

It’s an interesting property. I like the inside layout. Also it’s by Horrocks. That was fun!

Staff are friendly and super helpful, and this is wonderful pet friendly hotel. Things are getting a bit dated, but still a really good value. Last room checked into had an off-putting odor (maybe last guest had some spicy food in the microwave) so I would recommend housekeeping use Febreze of a similar product.

Overall, seemed like a really nice hotel. Staff were very friendly, on first inspection room was very clean and spacious. Some of the wood shelving was a little dusty, shower head for room 329 looks like it needs to be tightened a little and toilet ran slow BUT I was overall very impressed with the rooms and facilities. I would definitely stay there again!!!
