The room was ok, the bathroom door was a pocket door that did not lock, the shower was outdated, the king size bed was great besides the small size pillows on it. The room could use a new paint job. But for the price it was ok

Terrible. We lasted an hour and a half before getting a refund and going to a different hotel. Bugs, dirty, mold in shower, AC didn’t work, the list goes on.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel and room were clean and bed was comfortable. However it was very rundown and the bathroom door was a pocket door that didn’t close properly or lock without someone propping it up first.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, however, the reason i booked the property was for a pool and there is no pool on the property. Very deceiving when you search for a pool and its not there.

Our room was more than we expected for the price. The room was in fairly good condition as was the furniture and fixtures. It was clean and comfortable. The only disappointing factor was the breakfast setup and choices. Having stayed at various Quality Inns within West Virginia, my husband and I were expecting a full range. Sadly, this was not the case. The choices offered, were poor. Additionally, the front desk personnel were expected to oversee the breakfast area ensuring that it was fully stocked and clean… which it was not. To add to this, t ones were piled in the reception area for the duration of our stay.

I hate giving a bad review but this property definitely needs upgraded everywhere except with front desk staff who were very kind and helpful. First, our room key card lock was broken (and the 2nd room they tried to give us) so we had to have staff unlock our door with the master key everytime we wanted in to the room. Secondly, the door peep hole was broken and filled in with a tissue ( that hung out on the inside. In addition, the floors were dirty, the sink had short hairs all over in it (hoping a man shaved :/ ), one of the washcloths was crusty with brown stuff on it and the bedding had quite a few non-descript stains. The AC worked but had a terrible noise coming from it which sounded like someone breaking in through the window. On the good side, staff were friendly and breakfast was sufficient the first morning (we didn't stay through the night on the 2nd night).

Our sink was filthy dirty with a bunch of leaves and particles in it and then I learned it would not drain so there was standing water in it. The carpet is disgusting. The back door entrance stays open so no key card needed equals zero security

The property is old and rooms need an update but the staff where great. Its ok if your spending 1 night

They double charged me for the room and now will not call me back. Room was extremely small. Staff did not work with us.

The deposit isn't immediately released. Those expectations were not accurate.

I woke up to piss ants all over me and they kept my deposit because I showered and a little hair dye got on a towel you could BARELY EVEN SEE!!! not to mention it’s gross and floor was soaking wet

The carpet in the hallway outside of Rm. 110 was flooded. At about 7:30pm, the power on this side of the town went down and there was COMPLETE darkness (with the exception of a hallway light) until 10:30pm...This hotel had no generators (although the Days Inn next door DID). The hotel did NOT have a gym... we were allowed to use the 24/7 gym nearby for a limited amount of time.

I was charged additional fee of $50 which I was told was a deposit but it posted to my account and was not credited back this was in addition to the room charge. We only chose to stay here because their listing states they have electric car charger but they do not. We had to drive over 40 mins away to charge then back the opposite direction. Hotel has odor like smoke and it needs an update and cleaned really good!

The room was dirty. I almost slipped in the tub only to discover under the mat was a huge patch job, which wasnt tge problem, there was lots of mold like they only cleaned around the mat not under it

Amenities are great with the free passes to a fitness centre, and we liked that you could walk to some nearby restaurants. Staff was also extremely courteous and friendly.

I’ve stayed at the hotel over a span of 3 weeks while traveling for work! On the third week, I checked into my room and roundly room to be dirty as seen in the photos below. Quite disappointing! I was also made to pay a deposit on this third week and had not had to do this previously! Those charges are still showing on m mt

Walked in room and it was still dirty, bed sheets were not clean bed had dirt on it, fridge had stuff spilled all in it, sinks weee dirty

We broke down on I-79. This was the closest hotel to the shop where our car was towed to. The receptionist was wonderful she got us checked in and let us know about the free breakfast and the laundry room. she was so sweet she helped us find close thing to do and eat. the room was really nice and clean. They had no problems with my support animal (Dog) Thank you for the great stay.
