Great price and newly renovated rooms.

This property is decent however, I only gave it two stars because of two issues I had. The one reason you go to a hotel is to sleep. The mattresses were terrible. It made a loud noise every time I moved, therefore, waking me up throughout the night. When I brought it up to management, they acted like they cared, but nothing was ever done. They did offer another room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The other issue I had was security. I am a single female that travels 20+ weeks out of the year. I was awakened at 3 AM by a man beating on my door, as well as trying to open it with a key. When I told him it was the wrong room through the door, he proceeded to tell me management had given him the key and that was his room as he continued to try to get in. It took three calls to the front desk for them to answer and then I was told… But did he get in? As well as, he’s probably drunk. Which, there is a liquor store connected to the parking lot and you have to enter each room from the outside. I had to tell the man that I was calling police before he left. This property has no concern or consideration for you once you have checked in and paid for your stay. The rooms were nice and big, but to me, it’s a hotel, focus on what you’re providing.

I had my reservation and tired from the airport plus rental just to be nicely told to come back at 3 pm for checking without even asking for my name or reservation number. I ask for any help to settle until 3 PM the lady at front desk told me NO. So I just had to go find another hotel to stay. I still can’t believe what happened. But Thanks. Good luck in business. Racism ? Maybe.

Limited TV channel selection. Very slow, weak WI-FI. No meat offerings for breakfast. 55” TV. Beautiful shower with exceptional water pressure. Daily cleaning. Elevators out of order. Thankfully I had a ground floor room. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable chair with table. Very comfortable king size bed. Quiet, cold a/c. Has pool (did not use)

The room itself was ok. There was no closet, however it was decent. There was a gaping space under the entry door from a worn door molding or door sweeper. The bathroom was a nice size, however it had signs of mold on the walls and sealant strips. The water from the shower leaked past the seal under the shower door frame onto the bathroom floor, making the floor slippery. I have requested another room .There was no hot water from the shower until my last day. I never received another room.Outside of that, it was convenient. I will post a video.

It was a great value for the money

The property was lovely, nicely, decorated. I will be use this property again when I'm in the Atlanta area for business. The only downside was there were several baby roaches which was disturbing. I suspect once they will address this by ensuring more consistent scheduling of pest control.

This is not my first stay....thats why i came back. 5 stars acrosse board (especially for price). Please management keep it this way....your doing great 👍

Quiet, Convenient, Easy parking

Staff not welcoming

This is a remodeled motel, a property of Bhagat Hotels. It’s a Best Western Signature location, which means it is independently owned and operated, not owned or operated by Best Western. Room doors open to the parking lot. I stayed in King Size unit. There was light black mold on the ceiling in the shower. But the unit was generally clean. There was no closet. But there were hangers in the bathroom and a bar for hanging clothes. The unit came with a clothes steamer, but I had to request an iron and an ironing board. Pay the extra $25 a night for a nicer place, or go with a motel owned and operated by a chain.

Excellent hotel, would stay here again.

The service was fine. The elevator was broken, which was a problem because our luggage was in a wagon and we were put on the second floor since there was no available room on the first floor.

People always say if you don't have nothing good to say don't say nothing.

TV didn't work and wifi

Apartment style which is convenient but very noisy if your neighbors do not respect the space. Safe environment

Great location - good value. The room was spacious, breakfast included, saw people using the pool, good parking.

The stay was very pleasant

I like how friendly the staff were. I didn't like my room. The bathroom was horrible. After taking a shower,the water remained in the bathroom without draining out and it spreads to the whole bathroom. I found two centipedes in my bathroom and a leakage on the ceiling of the bathroom. It was all round disgusting and it was dusty. It is safe to say,the room has not been used nor cleaned for a long time.

Place was well kept and our room updated and clean. They made our beds and gave us new towels daily which was appreciated. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We will stay here again.

Very good stay

It was everything you could ask for from a hotel. Cleanliness, attentiveness, working appliances, close to markets, close to public transportation, and to top it off decent breakfast options for their free breakfast.

Check in was easy and the staff member was very nice. The rooms have a distinct odor that is unpleasant. It’s a combination of cigarette smoke and mildew. When we called the front desk about it, the staff member moved us to another room quickly, but the smell was also present there. In the second room, the toilet was not secured well to the floor and wobbled. Something was stuck to the bath mat so it looked unclean. The internet/wifi wasn’t working so we couldn’t stream anything and we weren’t notified until we called to troubleshoot the issue. There was a small pool area that others were using but we didn’t access that area of the property. Breakfast was cereal, make your own waffle, egg patties, and toast. It was fine for what it was. We would not stay here again, though.

Was nice and had a pool, real breakfast, no complaints besides waiting on deposit to be received

Good service, quiet, good price, clean. Room service did excellent job cleaning our room everyday except we didn’t have toilet paper one day but after we called they brought us.

No Closets in the rooms. Unlawful activity happens in the parking lot all night.
