While my room had a desk, there was no chair so that I could sit at the desk. And I could not figure out how to make the TV work correctly so I gave up on that.

The service is as terrible the hotel offers very little service to the guests

My king bed was not available and was given a room with 2. Double beds, there were people all night smoking outside my room. Coffee machine broken, water leak from roof in game room. Parking lot felt very unsafe with unsavory people. At breakfast the food police man, watched everyone’s movement, I was told that I was using the waffle maker incorrectly. I was involved in a verbal confrontation with the food person. I complained at the desk, the male clerk was oblivious to my concerns. It appears the hotel is renting rooms to the homeless. This is not what I expect from this company.

Theres no elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor, you will have to tote your stuff up the stairs. There was a little bit of sketchy looking individuals on the property at night but i believe they had security or police on the property.

Abit unpleasant but ok a one visit if u need rest. Price was fair.

My family and I booked a last minute stay here on our three day journey half way across the country. We arrive at the facility, check in, receive room keys and spend the next 15 mins trying to find our room ( they lack signs to point you in the direction) After finally finding the room, our room keys don’t work. We go back to the desk, she “fixes” the keys and then we return to the door to find out it STILL doesn’t work on either room. I call reception to have the staff come to us with a master key but when she arrives she can’t get her key to work for awhile either. At this point I’ve got screaming angry toddlers who are ready to lay down and we have spent 30 HOT minutes just trying access our rooms. The A/C was not working or maybe they were being cheap on the electric bill. After the staff finally get the door to open, my toddler takes off running into the room and when I look inside it is a construction site !! I was beyond angry. The staff asked me for my room numbers, name, and everything a million times, were no help, and now refuse to give a refund for the two rooms. The parking lot was drug central and the place was trashy. AVOID THIS PLAVE AT ALL COSTS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

Restaurant and bar closed. Pool area over 100 degrees. It’s a work in progress. Clean.

Ordered a room ahead, they gave us the wrong room. Key cards wouldn't work properly, they fixed them but they broke again while we were loading our belongings in our car. Bottom floor rooms had a lot of moisture in them, probably due to the indoor pool. The bathroom curtain smelled like urine but the water pressure was good. the convention center looked nice though and was very hot in there. The covers were super soft in the bed and the beds weren't to bad, I slept well.
