Clean room, friendly staff, walkable to historic sites.

The place is really outdated. Needs remodeled. The staff would not credit me back two days that I did not want to stay.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Very walkable to everything in the city center of Parma.

The staff was very helpful in offering dining recommendations as well as the route to take to leave as a portion of the water ferry service was shutdown due to the Pope’s visit.

Great service and good location. However, corridors and bathrooms should be renovated.

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.

Stayed at the hotel while visiting Parma. The hotel was very accessible from the train station, and a short 10 minute walk to the center of the city along a shopping street full with bakeries, area product stores, and cafes. The staff at this somewhat dated hotel was excellent and extremely friendly, and made our stay a very pleasant one. Rooms were adequate, albeit a bit dark due to the dark wooden floors and cabinetry. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, but with two exceptions: terrible coffee out of a machine and very bad juice selection. These two exceptions were perhaps the worst we had in our three-week trip to Emilia Romagna. It is a pity, considering that the people, location, and basic services of the hotel were extremely good. If they improved these details, the stay at this hotel would improve dramatically.

Our room was quite small and bathroom was small. A decent walk to the center of town not thru a great area.

Good location, walking distance to the train station. Extremely dated rooms, lumpy mattresses and inconvenient, old fashioned bathroom. Clean and efficient, but would look elswhere for comfort

Bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast good. Advertised as having a restaurant but didn't. Fellow in bar made an effort to make sure our drinks had lots of lemons. However, he delivered mini bar refills; knocked, then just came in. A tall, blond, curly haired woman at the front desk was very helpful with a problem we were having with Verona b&b

Excellent staff & service. A quick walk from the train station & near all the main sites- that you can walk to as well. Very clean rooms.

For Business

The building is bery old . Not so comfort . I left a cup i the safe and i called them one hour after i left and they denied that they foun it

Near to train station. Very well maintained - floors were sparkling. Nice common lounge area. Good bed in a decent sized room with a separate sitting area. Nice bath amenities. But why in a spacious bathroom do they insist on showers that with those sliding doors that accommodate nothing bigger than 12 year olds. C'mon people of Italy - you're not that petite.

this hotel was really nice, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. a very short walk to the station ( approx 5 mins) and under 15 minutes from the duomo and all tourist attractions

Terrible stay, very rude staff, breakfast on the first day was terrible you have to ask their very rude waiters for bacon and sausage. Two of their waiter that day are very rude. So disappointing stay. Their sheets are not fragrant qqqq QQ

Good location, close to city centre.

The hotel was OK. Food was unexpectedly good. room was basic. International (US) TV would have been nice to keep up on news.

Hotel is ery good for a short stay. Location is perfect for touring Parma or visit to PARC Ducale. Coffee at breakfast excellent as are the small custard pies- room was very big; ensuite outstanding with power shower. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel. Friendly people. Nice room (large suite). Only problem was it was unbearably hot out and we couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work correctly; we were fairly uncomfortable much of the time in the room.

Walking distance to major sites and train station. Rooms were clean & great value for the price. Bathrooms are adequate - nothing fancy. Staff was great and was helpful.we didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it’s easily accessible. Would definitely stay again

Too hard bed.

Hotel ok, well suited, look ok and cleanness ok. Our problem started when room we reserved was not available (two twin beds) and we made a mistake in the booking (inclusion of my 6 years old soon). Hotel recharged us +30€, and staff didn’t treated us right. Cleanses of the room was great. But when we decided to suit in the bath, hydro massage pumps brought a lot of rubbish (hair from someone-else included).

Room was clean but the tub/shower was slippery and there should have been a bar to hold on to

Being in Europe for the 1st time and not speaking Italian i can't tell you enough how great the staff was. Very helpful. Lovely breakfast every day. Nice room with all the amenities.

We looked for a hotel with easy access by car, meaning just outside the old town so we don't have to worry about the traffic zones. We used the valet parking for EUR 15. The hotel is close to the train station but far away to be in a safer area. a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the city center. We choose the hotel due to its newer room and it did not disappoint; clean and new. But ask for a room NOT facing the street, even though not fully booked we were assigned a room next to the street and couldn't sleep without ear plugs (light sleeper). Staff is very friendly, especially at breakfast! Breakfast was included and currently there is a buffet which you will be served from (COVID) with various cakes but also salty options. The staff were in a great mood and singing, this shows that it is a good place to work there. I would def stay there again

The hotel was disjointed in finding your way to your room. There was no parking on hand witch was strange since there was some bus tour using a lot of the rooms. The outside was not clearly marked and no place to park on a busy street. The bed was soft and small. If you have other options take them.

The property is walkable from the train station and we walked throughout our entire visit, never needing taxi. The location is very good.
