Place is ok, great location. The faucet in the bathroom was loose as was the sink. I do t understand keeping microwaves by the ice machines and only on certain floors. The elevators are painfully slow. We waited for almost 10 minutes when 4 should’ve been running and only two were. The night before we saw a line to get on that went through the lobby. The open concept of the hotel is nice however we were ten floors up and could hear people in the bar at 1am yelling and laughing. And the drag racing outside on the downtown streets is not easy to sleep to either. I understand that is not something the hotel can control but the noise is bothersome. Valet was easy and fast. When we checked into our room, there was very loud music coming from next room. I called the front desk and they told me it was housekeeping in the next room. I felt this was rude and inappropriate. Bed was ok, pillows were terrible. I couldn’t get the AC or air to come on for than a minute at a time.

Nice hotel with great service in beautiful downtown indy. I will be back.

Cold shower, luke warm at best

We had a really good experience at the Hyatt Regency in Indy. Hotel is centrally located and close to everything downtown. Our check in was a great experience with tremendous service by the staff member. We really enjoyed the room and appreciated the cleanliness of the room. We will definitely stay here again.

It was good. Only slight issue I had was didn't seem like room was 100% cleaned before arrival. There was trash in the fridge. Other than that great hotel.

I always enjoy staying here. They did mess up my booking. I didn’t get the room that I paid for, but they say they’re making it right. I will definitely stay here again

It's an excellent Hotel to stay at when traveling to Indianapolis. The fantastic amenities and location allow you to walk to many restaurants and shops, etc.!

I went to Tony's Steakhouse on Saturday night, and didn't finish my food, When I returned to my room after the game their cleaning staff had thrown 2 steak dinners and some Buffalo wings away. I probably will never stay there again.

Convenient and good amenities. View of Capital was a nice touch.

Gift at the front desk was AMAZINGGGG!!! We arrived early because our flight got in early and didn’t expect to be able to check in but gift gave us the gift of being able to check in at 10 in the morning. Upon our departure, we were granted late checkout, which was 12:30 PM. This place was awesome thank you Gift!!!

Close to everything, the Hotel is beautiful.

Overall it was a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beginning to get wear and tear that I would like to see fixed. Great hotel and location, but overall impression was less exciting than the last time I stayed. Will stay again, just hopeful they pay close attention to details.

Right in the middle of town with access to everything!

The Hyatt was extremely clean and quiet. We were only about 4 blocks from our event. The downtown was surprisingly clean. A lot of the stores in the mall were closed. Lot of places to eat. Enjoyed our stay. We will go back.

Clean, pleasant staff. Room was nice- and it’s a quiet building

We were on the 19th floor. The room overall was fine but the A/C didn't keep the room cool. It was very warm, so much so that it was hard to sleep. And several of the wall plug ins didn't work.

Safe did not work. It was torn up. Would like a mini store to purchase snacks.

The Hyatt Regency is very clean, good location and good restaurants. This is my second time staying there and will visit again.

We love staying every time we come down to Indianapolis! Each time Ive stayed somewhere else, Ive regretted it and wished I was at my hotel...youre my hotel Hyatt regency Indianapolis!
