Bathroom door had the veneer stripped off a large part of the door. The room wasn’t cleaned daily breakfast was the saddest I’ve had ever at a motel.

The management and staff are very polite professional, and go above the minimum to ensure their guests are taken care of

I could not take a bath. The faucet function would not work on the tub. It has the old three handle style so even if you pulled up on the lever on the actual faucet it didn't matter. The sink was obviously not cleaned, it had hair all over in it. The toilet was dirty. The toilet tank lid was super dirty. The bathroom in general was super gross. But I didn't complain because it was later at night and I didn't want to change rooms. I feel the bedding was clean though. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The room I stayed at the weekend before the carpet was sticky. I stayed there two weekends in a row. first room I had was 258 I believe. The room this time was room 128. The receptacles by the bed are worn out too. But overall my biggest complaint was not being able to take a bath. I'm not sure house housekeeping didn't see all the hair in the sink and the toilet being dirty. But i cleaned that up myself. I

There was places to eat 4 minute drive fron the property.

Given a room on 2nd floor. Piled luggage on cart & then told there was no elevator!! No offer to help with bags at all. In room, TV, phone not working. Came to fix & only partially working. Phone still not working. Had to go back to front desk to ask for a hair dryer. We just expected a different experience from a Wyndham hotel.

Property is showing its age. Manager assisted us upon initial checkin after key card would not open door. We’re moved next door because could not get in room. This second room was dirty. Minor repairs obviously had been done - dust coated everything and ceiling/wall debris all over floor. Also no tv remote. Mgr determined original room door lock just needs new batteries. Then we got resssigned to first room.

The staff was very nice and the property was clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made noises whenever you moved.

Room smelled of mildew very bad. Air conditioner did not work. I had to go buy a fan at a local store so we could get air movement and to try and cool the room. Also purchased room deodorizer spray to try and kill the mildew smell. Breakfast was very limited and consisted mostly of plain bread goods with a few scrambled eggs. Finally, there was used wash cloths left in the bathroom that were not removed from last people. Room was not worth the money.

No one at desk to check us in. Rang the bell without anyone appearing for several minutes. When he came to the desk he was coming from outside. Very old hotel without updates. No elevator and beds on pedestal frame so high had to try to climb in as myself and other guest are short in height. Not for short people, older cliental or handicapped. Shower curtain in bathroom falling apart and had stains, just felt dirty. Had to ask for toilet paper. Second day asked for new towels, washcloths, etc but not given a bath mat. As far as breakfast, not much available and only served from 6-9 am. Not sure if more is available earlier than 7:30. Also property is shared with u-haul and most parking not available for hotel patrons. In general would never stay there again.

Bad odor in the room. Noise, dirty bed sheet that were not cleaned. No hand soap in bathroom. Instead of hand soap, they put body wash. Staff was not friendly. Very limited items in the breakfast. With the price I paid for one night, I could get a much better place to stay. Will never stay here again.

I made my reservation at the end of January for my stay in June and when I arrived they said they had no reservation for me even though I had a confirmation number. Their only response was for me to talk to Travelocity which I will do once I return home. I expect a refund of any charges I had based on this reservation.

Awful experience Refused my Expedia Booking Then wanted to Charge me and stated they refuse to Deal with Expedia! AVOID AT ALL COSTS,! Worst experience in a long time!!……….

We had booked two rooms through Expedia for $94 per room. When we arrived to check in, they would not honor the rate and attempted to charge us $249 per room. This was for the base rate, not a refundable deposit. When we pressed that we had confirmed reservations at the lower rate, the desk clerk said that Expedia was using the wrong rate and we needed to contact Expedia. When we complained, the desk clerk told us to leave.

Very much appreciated the staff. They seemed very available for customers.

Some areas of room run down and bath need an upgrade. Staff was some what friendly. Could definitely do better. Should let people know a train goes by at night. .

The staff was very nice and professional. I had accidentally booked a room on line that was dog friendly. I didn’t have a dog. She changed my room to make it more convenient for us.

Hotel needs a complete demolition and rebuild. Moreover, CWS drove up market rate for this crappy hotel.

We canceled the day we arrived and found another hotel, we were told our complete reservation was canceled. It was taken out of our bank account and never reimbursed. The only bill i should have paid was for the first night

It was a pleasant surprise. Good value for the money . The breakfast choices were limited but served the purpose

This hotel had no handicapped parking. The room was ok but was next to the hotel main door and there was a group of people standing out front and they were really loud so we could not aleep till they quit. The breakfast the next day there was no forks. Checking out was difficult they are also a uhaul dealer and there was a line of people wanting to turn in or rent uhauls so i had a long wait to be able to check out.

Building smelled like food from india. The reception person was told that the room was paid for and made me pay again' then i get a phone call at 12:30 am to let me know that i was charged twice. Woke me up! Had to be at an event early. Couldnt go back to sleep'because the bed smelled and was very uncomfortable. Very poor for a wyndam.

All the doors appeared to have been kicked in at some point. Ours wouldn't lock properly unless you lifted the door up. Sometimes we couldn't get in room because door was stuck. Bathrooms were falling apart. Shower rods almost broke off, shelf held up with a roll of toilet paper. Rooms smelt like food. Train was very noisy at this hotel even with fan running it easily woke people. Breakfast was minimal as well.

The good, The room seemed clean and there were no roaches, The bad, The hotel room was very old and is in desperate need of a remodel. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was hard to regulate the water. The sink was where the toilet was and there were no counter tops.And no hair dryers. There was a small coffee pot.However the cups were not wrapped. The bed was sitting on top of a high enclosed metal frame. It made noise every time you moved and if you bumped it, it sounded like a drum. It was too high for my elderly parents. Speaking of elderly parents, my Dad is hard of hearing and sometimes talks loud. The desk clerk yelled at my father for speaking too loudly in the dining room!! That was unacceptable and that clerk had no idea he almost had an angry family jump his butt!! My parent's ended up staying 2 days and the rest at more reputable hotel. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

The building is very old, dark and not well maintained. Breakfast was not good. Very few options, dry bread goods, overall taste terrible. Fire alarm in room was not working. Parking is terrible and the stairs to second level from outside are steep and wooden. Towels had a stale smell and off colored. Doors to room do not close easily and locks are questionable. Do not recommend.
