When I visit Toronto, I usually book a room at the hotel.
Because our existing client office is close the hotel.

The reception didn’t recognized the money that I paid in advance to the Holiday Inn Mississauga (Britannia) for to the reservation of 4 rooms for 7 days: $500CD; to validate my claim the helpline of Hotels.com requested me a reservation number starting with “4” that I never received in any email sent by Hotels.com for the reservation; I received one stating with “7”…; when I showed in my phone to the Receptionist of the hotel the payments in my phone paid in advance they requested this “suppose” number starting with 4… insisting that the were just third parties. I’m very dissatisfied that Hotels.com made me lose $500CAD; unfortunately I couldn’t go anywhere with the 8 people we were already after a long trip.

For price breakfast and atlast bottle water,pen paper and better internet service so you can enjoy your stay with kids they can watch tv staff was very nice and helpful for sure free continental breakfast would bring you more business like choice hotels chains offer to their guest please don’t give my last name

We stayed at this hotel last year and found it good. However this year we found the hotel very run down and not cleaned properly. There were still hairs in the bathroom from either the cleaners or previous guests. On bed looked like it had been slept in previously but the other was good. Really is in need of work

We stayed there for 7 days and the room was cleaned once. We went to the desk and asked them if they are able to come to the room. Only once someone came. Some of the staff was kinda rude and somewhere not rude.

The sheets could of been cleaned better... no matter how much i asked them to change the sheets the new set was still They still had stain on them

The parking lot doesn’t not have cameras and is not monitored in anyway. Park at your own risk. Cool. In a city with a high theft rate.. how convenient they have no cameras in the lot….. sketch.
The room had a funky smell best described as old cheese and dandruff. The fitted sheet on the bed was not clean so I layered the other sheet on top. Towels and floor had miscellaneous hairs all over.
Was not able to get a printed receipt at the front desk.
Won’t be back. There are better options in Mississauga

When we arrived it was very busy with groups checking in but the staff were very efficient and got us checked in within minutes. Great room, the pool was an awesome addition to our stay.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Mississauga was great! We were attending a wedding across the street, and the location was perfect. The check-in/out process was very smooth and our room was clean.

We had a very bad experience. The staff was not cooperative at all. Moreover, and because we had got a very good rate the employee at the reception and purposely he troubled us and he was very very rude. Instead of charge us C$ 100/- as a deposit he charged our card C$ 200/- and refused to give the room including breakfast while our reservation was room including breakfast for two persons. We have to proof all these conditions by showing all emails and correspondence. Unfortunately it was horrible checking in. According to all these circumstances and bad service we had received I’ll make sure to give this hotel the worst rate as well as not to recommend to any one to stay in.

Check in late and requested for a later check out but was given only 30 mins extra.
Our room was close to the ice machine and it was very loud.
Washroom has a musty smell.

Our bed sheets were not clean the day we checked in. I asked the staff in the morning to change the bedsheets. At night when i came back to the hotel i noticed my bed was all set up but the bed sheets were not changed they were same. Then i asked again in the morning. Well this was the only thing which unsatisfied me otherwise it was good.

Our Room get hot most of the time. Hotel have set the AC to 72 F but we need 68.. so it gets hot at night.

Not enough towel supply fee 3, has to ask for them. First request took4 hours worth a second request.
On second day, additional towels were removed by housekeeping. When requested for more, staff said will have to charge for additional request.
