Stay was alright, I paid extra for a river view and all I got was some stupid grass outside, couldn’t see the weather at all. Bathroom door handle had a nasty amount of sticky residue on it, there was dirt/dust all over in the room giving my wife somewhat of the ick and she typically is never bothered by that stuff, hot tub was full of bugs (the bees were the worst) looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, bathroom light was dingy and the cover was busted but the mirror light worked well, ice bowl had dirt all in the sides of it.
Overall a lack of cleaning was the biggest issue that hindered us from enjoying our stay as much as we should have.

It was very good. The only thing that was not good was the air conditioner in our room was so loud we turned it off and the room got pretty hot.

Lewiston is not a great place. It's a low to middle income farming area with few amenities. There's a paper mill that provides an unpleasant smell. This hotel was nice however. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. We arrived as a college sports team was checking out and the housekeeping staff were working at warp speed to get the rooms ready. I'd recommend this hotel if you have to stay in Lewiston.

Hotel did provide a king bed, as reserved. Reading light over the main chair did not work. One of the two queen beds was wobbly. Bathroom faucet would not turn off. Air conditioner was noisy. Several maintenance issues detracted from the stay.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were extremely rude. The room was so cold and you couldn't turn the air off.

We got a room with no working sink, or the riverview I booked (I got a great view of the stoplight). I couldn't be moved to a different room because they were booked so I was given a $10 voucher for a restaurant that had overpriced food and no service. Also, there was still hair in the shower. I prepaid almost 300 dollars for a room worth 100 at best.
I didn't see any happy guests everyone I saw was upset about something with the hotel. Should have listened to the poor reviews how they have 4 stars is beyond me.
Save your money and stay anywhere but here.

Surprised at how quiet and enjoyable the property was. Room clean and spacious. Food options on site likely best in town. Love the pool and fact that we could enjoy drinks there. Also enjoyed the dinner on the patio after. Had our dog with us that could run in the grass in between our pool and patio time. Will be back!

Property worn, areas needed cleaning and refurbishment. We were next door to a very noisy room which the management couldn’t handle due to lack of staff. We finally had to move to a lower class room. Had to repack and move at 9:15pm after driving all day. Trying to get some financial compensation for smaller room and the fact we were so inconvenience due to the way an bad situation was handled

Everything was great. Great food at restaurant. Hot tub was not hot (not surprising for April in northern Idaho). Not a pedestrian friendly city. Was a little of an adventure walking down to the river. No recycling

What an amazing staff. We were well taken care off. The food was incredible. We ate both off our dinners at the Meriwether located in the hotel.

Sheets are quite scratchy but the place looks clean and quite. They should serve coffee a little longer or maybe even throughout the day.

Wonderful staff, great food at the restaurant, clean/comfortable rooms and an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the valley and is open year round. We were orginially supposed to stay at the casino for our valentines weekend but due to a water line break, our room was cancelled. We booked last minute with Hells Canyon Grand Hotel and are SO incredibly glad we did. Such a great experience and we will be back for many visits in the future!

We were out in a handicap room. The shower floor was dirty needs updates! We are not handicapped. Morning front desk clerk was rude when asked a question.

Like i stated before. We could hear the people in the next room (with kids) talking. NOT just noise, but we could hear FULL ON CONVERSATION.

Good hot breakfast with many options to choose from and servers were very helpful. 1.6 miles from LCSC. Did not get to see much of the facility do to time constraints. Many computers available on sight along with washers and dryers on our floor for 2.00 each. Perk of being able to have dinner on sight. One issue of a mattress having a stain was addressed.

I had to move rooms 3 times because the tv and or toilets did not function in my room. Them was told take it or leave it on the 4th room. There was a big tournament in town and by this time it was past 9:30 pm and I just wanted to go to bed.
There was a gal trying to help- but take it or leave it wasn’t the phrase I wanted to hear and the front desk couldn’t care less.

Your Hotel Room seem clean, but not until I drop something under the AC unit and bed, there was a lot of dust balls, and small food items left by previous customers. The Bathroom fan was so loud, it sounded like a diesel truck, and the sound coming from outside was so loud, I was not able to sleep comfortably, and I was able to listen to people's conversations outside by the elevators; your doors are not sound proofed. Your employees at the front counter were not friendly at all, no one greeted me or say hi, not until I informed them that I had a reservation. You are in the hospitality business and they were not hospitable at all.
