The hotel is nice and has friendly staff. The only complaint is that they don’t provide coffee in the lobby until 7. As an east coast traveler, this is somewhat late to offer. Each room does have a very old style auto maker, I would recommend upgrading the rooms or offer coffee in the lobby.

Dining rm dinner was strange—no patrons, limited staff & menu. One person was waiter, bartender, cook, and busboy Room size ok . Bathroom had inadequate places to hang towels Bill statement emailed did not Agree with amounts charged on credit card due to $ apparently retained for a few days. Supposedly a credit will be sent to me in a few days. Very strange practice that I have never experienced anywhere in years of travel. The destination fee of $25 per day per room seems inappropriate. We used nothing but normal room. This is a rip off

Lobby was nice but rooms are old and tired looking. My a/c sounded like an old broken refrigerator, making it difficult to sleep. Bathroom tired looking, loose faceplates for the light switch and plug. Rates too high for this quality.

I stayed here with my son and dog. Was impressed by the clown cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The pool is amazing! Great views. I will sure stay here again.

we stayed at an ocean view room. it was worst. palm tree right in front of the balcony, to be exact don’t book room 5100. the hotel pictures don’t depict the whole disclosure. l wouldn’t spend more for the alleged ocean view. & beware of complimentary. front desk offered free parking for having us wait upon cheking in. at checkout it still shows $40 parking.

We really liked the hotel Everything was nice However the only thing we did not like was that housekeeping didn’t come in everyday and only upon request. So the room didn’t get cleaned until the evening. Lots of stress when you wanted to shower and no clean towels available. It’s not corona anymore and it doesn’t make sense. We stayed in 5 different hotels on the course of our trip and this was the only hotel that did ‘t offer daily clesning

We were a little disappointed in the quality of the room (some minor reno needed), pool area and outdoor seating areas for the cost. We learned a Deluxe King is just a standard room and ours did not have a walk-out balcony and overlooked the busy road on the back side of the property. The nightly rate combined with the $35-40 daily parking brought the total to around $365 per night, so we expected a little more.

Wonderful stay! Staff was more than helpful, especially Gladys, the receptionist! Because of her and how she treated us and the rest of the staff decided to make this hotel, regular hotel to California!

My view wasn’t quite ocean view but paid for ocean view. I was basically overcharged.

Stuck in LA for a night. This was a great choice.

We had an amazing start to our trip. However on the last night of our stay I was bitten by something. I had three distinct bites on my finger. It was so bad it woke me up. As I came to the front desk my finger was swollen. I showed the staff and they provided me cream and a bandage. I didn’t want to make a scene at the front desk. I was instructed that the manager would call. She didn’t. I had to extended my trip at a different hotel. I couldn’t drive because I had to take Benadryl. I called and the manager offered to comp my stay. She didn’t. I tried to call back and spoke to another manager she said she will call me back. She didn’t. This has been three weeks and not one person has called to fix the issue. I now have started a claim against the hotel. I would avoid this at all cost.

Room was very dusty. Even the walls had dust. Most of the staff was nice. We ate at the bar and mentioned to the very nice bartender that we were going for a walk to explore and he offered us bottles waters. Next time i asked and a different bartender said to ask at the front desk.Asked at the front desk and was told they were out and would send some up to my room. Never got them. Next time i asked at the desk and the man said what room are you in and verified before giving me water, like if i wasnt a guest there. Everyone else was nice but not very helpful. I asked if they knew of a shuttle service to the airport and they just said no. Take an Uber. There were lots of airline staff staying at the hotel so i saw several shuttles pick up and drop off. It was very convenient for walking to restaurants and the bus stop is right around the corner if yiu don't want to walk. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.. .

It’s a gem. It was such a heavenly place to stay. Stress free. Everywhere walking distance to great food beaches and peace.

Location is good but property is very dated. A/C issues in the room and limited amenities at the pool. Also billed incorrectly and having to challenge the charges as weren’t consistent with the booking rates. Overall just OK but likely would not go back.

Ric and Angel were awesome bartenders! Extremely friendly with my in laws. I even think my father in law was going to adopt them! 😊 The valets were very attentive (sorry I do not recall their names) but were great and always helpful. It was also nice that they had 2 car shows across the street. Felt safe walking around area at night.

Loved this place. Excellent for a romantic getaway.

Property is nice but has a lot of deferred maintenance. Shower drain was clogged,, HVAC was loud and made noises coming from vents, you can hear pressure assist toilts flushing at night. Doors contantly slam, loud neighbors.

Convenient location and very polite staff. We appreciated the help with early check in and all the amenities were great! Would stay again
