Staff was very helpful and professional

The check in representative was very rude, he advised I could not use foul language in the lobby. I was not even speaking to him and he rudely interrupted my conversation to tell me that I could not use those words, last time I checked there is freedom of speech! And to top it off the lobby was completely empty!! I understand his concern if there would have been children present, but the lobby was completely EMPTY aside from my party and the representative. I could have been confrontational with him and argued but I felt like he would have terminated my reservation judging from his poor reaction to my private conversation. If this is a la Quinta policy then please make it known prior to booking because had I known I would not be able to exercise my right to freedom of speech, then I would not have made a reservation. Please educate the public if this is indeed a la Quinta policy. I did not get his name, he was not wearing a name tag and the best was I can describe him is bald possibly Asian. I was truly disappointed by his condescending attitude. Hopefully he can receive additional training on how to treat customers.

staff is rude

The room was nice and clean. I had a quick overnight trip. The neighborhood though was a little sketchy.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good with variety. Staff were polite and helpful. It can be noisy at night with cars and motorcycles speeding in the freeway.

Nice quiet and no issues

everything WAS EXELLENT

I liked that it was new and close to alot of dining options. I didn't like that it had all faux hard wood floors. No carpet. And that it only had 1 elevator and no bell hop to load and unload luggage.

Did not like the pillows everything else was fine

It’s new and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and patient! My dog and I felt very comfortable in this hotel. Love it!

This was a business trip for myself and husband. The front attendant did an outstanding job. His name is Adam. He gave us helpful eating out tips. He was sincerely interested in our comfort. He even helped me out with my i phone and instructed me on a problem. So refreshing to have help and not be given a bad attitude. 4 stars for Adam and we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

It was a clean place

Despite reassuring me that checking in with my small dogs would be no problem, they wouldn't let me check in with them upon arrival and I was forced to find alternative accommodations in the middle of the night.

Everything good.

Front desk staff was rune and inappropiate not enough staff to fix problem with maintenance and front desk staff said you fix it spend 4 hr working on flooded toilet he was rude.

COCKROACHES, On the walls floor and in bathroom!! Property is only superficially clean. Dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty floor. Spilled water on the floor used a towel to wipe it up and towel came away black. Notified staff prior to leaving and was given a monotone “oh no I will notify management.” Really you’re going to behave like you didn’t know cockroaches are crawling around the rooms.. Will NEVER say a LaQuinta again after this!

Front desk clerk not friendly and even rude when giving me back CC and ID, he threw them back on to desk. Even though breakfast ended at 10am, they ran out of food by 9:15 and did not replenish until after 9:45 and did it with an attitude after several guests inquired about it.

We stayed in a room for a handicapped person. My suggestion is to have somewhere to put toiletries. It only had a small sink with no where to even place toothpaste

Front guest extremely rude. Lack of customer service and friendliness. Doesn't even check ids upon check in. Bathroom shampoo and conditioner empty.

To the guy who checked me customer service was terrible. Seem to have issues.Did not greet nor brake down charges and fees. Lastly did not direct you to your room. Other than that rooms and nice and clean .

What an amazing employee who checked us in. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of all the area and was so kind to explain all the amenities the hotel offered. Thank you Adam for the best check in ever.
