The man working the front desk was very polite and friendly. However my room was not made up and there were no clean towels. Never had that happen before. I called the front desk and the man was so nice I just dealt with it. But yeah you gotta make sure the rooms are made up before a guest arrives.

The place was well kept quiet never really heard neighbors. The staff was excellent treated me and my dogs very well.

They only had a smoking room available, and we were happy to just get a room after hurricane Helene. However, it was so stinky I that room! The hotel needs a major rehab! Very old and in bad shape.

The non smoking room still had the scent of smoking. Toilet was barely attached to the floor. Placed me in a room that had someone elses things in it first.

Front desk staff were amazing. I was a bit underwhelmed by the “Breakfast” options. Only waffles, toast and cereal. And the waffle machine was out of batter (at 7am) Also, the pool was gross and closed. Lastly, my room door was slightly warped required a bit of force to close.
All that said, the room itself was awesome and the a/c was a dream.

The bathroom ceiling popcorn was falling off, a pool of water was just inside the room, the noise level was disturbing

I got moved last minute bc i requested a balcony so i could go smoke more conveniently. I have my 2 year old with me so it made things so much easier. She loves the balcony, and giant bath (pool) below. I think since I requested this access last minute maybe they were not 100% ready for me, but only a small detail missing. Empty toilet paper. Fixed within a few minutes and all was good. Decided to extend my stay and front desk worker recommended using this site to book as its always gonna save you a little more money than walk in pricing.

It was great overall to be honest only complaints I have that the cleaner came in at 930am instead of after maybe 11 when guests are supposed to check out. And no bother signs at all and the security lock for latching the door was broken and didn’t not work cause I had it up when cleaner came in the room. Lol.

I am disappointed in Quality Inn, have stayed in their hotels all of my life. On the way had a family tragedy and tried to cancel, and they would not listen or have empathy for my situation. They diverted me to three different people and still charged me. I did not know that the company was that hard up for money. Called the next day to try to speak with the manager at the time they told me too, and of course the manager was not available. So disappointed, and the staff was very unprofessional.

that has been the worst hotel that i have ever been, unsafe, with homeless people and drugs and alcoholics i stayed 1 hour and the representative just gave me my deposit back , out of courtesy she should have just reimbursed me my complete money i will never ever show or go by that hotel ever again

Our first time here but nice stay. Very friendly and helpful desk person. Only drawback was way into room. We could park immediately outside our room but sliding door didn’t work so we had to walk to central entrance way and lug our bags that way. I have a terminal disease so this was somewhat difficult.

Room unclean. Sheets and night table dirty. Room was prepaid, but I had to pay an unexpected pet fee when I arrived and then had to put a 100 on a credit card for a deposit i would receive in 10 days.

Room wasnt clean, dirty towels left in my hotel room, burns in the curtains, blood on toilet seat, pee near outside entry of hotel to get to the room, shower knob broke off in my hand when i went to check the shower. I checked out immediately.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower fixtures were loose and pulling out of the wall. Website listed a $25 pet fee but on checkout, discovered they tack on a $50 cleaning fee also. Having a dog for one night almost as expensive as the room.

Staff was pretty friendly, got there and the booking was for 2 beds and there was only 1 so they had to find us a different room. And the hallway smelled really badly

I didn't like to see so many roaches.They came and sprayed but the roaches came out more.I was eating and they crawled out to take my food.They were everywhere.
