Check in was quick. Room was too warm and woke us up, unable to set temperature any lower than 18 so we opened a window. Gym was handy and had good equipment but could do with some decent mats for floor work and stretching. Shuttle bus very handy and worth paying the transfer fee for.

The room was ok for a short overnight at the airport, water pressure was poor, room looked tired and bland, tv and tea in the room was good, £10 for overnight hotel parking for guests is a bit like robbery!!
But didn’t really have a lot of choice…

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a great experience, so I decided to return, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment this time. First, there were no slippers provided because my room wasn’t upgraded—a basic amenity I would have expected. The cleanliness was shocking; it felt dirtier than a hostel, and yet no slippers were available to use. The bathroom had a terrible smell, which made the stay even worse.
I ordered pizza from the restaurant, but for the price I paid, it was far from enjoyable—it was difficult to eat. I’ve requested a partial refund through the booking website and am waiting to see if anything comes of it. Overall, this is just a cheap hotel charging 90€ per night, which is nowhere near worth it. To top it off, I couldn’t even lock the doors from the inside. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed here for four nights. However, the pillows were too soft, the breakfast was nice but limited, considering the cost! The breakfast buffet was always needed replenished, not impressed!!!
I’m disabled and was never offered table service, meaning going back and forward with one thing at a time as I could only use one hand. Reception staff were all lovely and always happy to help!

The reception staff was very helpful. The bed was good. The shower was good. Overall very functional. The fee for the airport shuttle was not advertised clearly.

We were staying just for one night in the hotel before our early morning flight. Greetings and welcome we have received at the reception desk was with great curtesy and sense of humour. Service in the restaurant was very kind and accommodating. Bed and room overall was very comfortable which allowed us to rest before long journey next day. Very happy. Thank you x

We stayed 1 night for our flight to Madrid on the 14th of October and again for 1 night on our return of the 24th October. Room was clean, staff were all polite, welcoming and friendly. Only negative was on our return it was very dark and we drove around for quite some time looking for a space as the car park was very full, we felt it needed better lighting g and signs to say where there were spaces

Very good stay, parking was £10 for the night. Which is pretty much in line with other places I've stayed at.

Room was comfortable and clean. I would like to have seen some water in the room. I had to rinse my tea mug to have drink during the night.

I love the hotel it’s very good for overnight after and before a flight.
The only thing and I don’t know if every room like that it was for disability ppl. When I book that room there is no choose to select. But my room was for disability ppl. That the only thing I don’t like. And I didn’t complain because it’s just for 1 night.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were really helpful & above all friendly.
Room could have done with a little update but it was clean/tidy & absolutely fine for one night before we flew the next day.
Shuttle bus was on time & very handy.
All in all a great stay would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are very nice and clean but need updating loads of little scuffs on furniture and mirrors need replacing, breakfast was lovely but shame it was on the cold side but can’t fault the staff very friendly

Great stay before our flight. Beautiful room. Very quiet. Lovely meal although a bit pricey.
Parking £10 per night and able to leave the car there while we were away. Transfers to airport every 30 mins and only £4 per adult. Will be doing this again!

Very easy check in and out. Room could have been slightly cleaner. Only one bedside table. Sofa in the room was also dirty on arrival. However, facilities were great and we had a nice stay.

I would stay here again. I stayed here before and after my flight and the staff were friendly and the transport was great. Only wish they had a pool but I can’t fault them

I would like to thank the receptionist in the morning and evening and the restaurant manager for their friendly service and respect for customers. I will visit them again in the future.
Close to the airport and there is a bus service for a small fee.

I arrived about 8.30 pm after a full day travelling. I was due to leave at 3.30am and really wasn’t awake enough to take a full meal in the restaurant - a vending machine would have been good to grab a small bite before I hit the pillow. However the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Information on the shuttle bus was precise and only a few minutes to the airport - lovely hotel

It was a one night stay before catching an early flight. The room was reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing was the noise of shuting doors at the early morning hours (between 00:00 and 3am) from the other guests. Other than that it was perfect.

Although we have reservation for previous day and the next day they didnt keep our luggage for 1 day which we travel to edinburgh. They said they do not have any place to keep luggage. So we also paid for the day we didnt stay there to keep our luggage. It is unacceptable. They also dont clean our room even once despite we pay for 3 days. They also do not give drinking water. They told we can drink from fountain in bathroom. I trief but it was bad taste. They only gave coffee and tea for one day. Shuttle to airport is 4 GBP one way. It is better to stay inside airport.

Excellent place to stay if you’re flying from Stanstead Airport, only a 10 minite drive from the airport car park, cheap and cheerful, not too noisy.
