Our stay was wonderful. All the extras were fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had fun getting to know the poolside bartenders and pool staff. Kaden is awesome. The room service was good but late in the day. Bath soap wasn’t monitored and more towels could be useful. The glasses provided should be changed daily as well.

We had 2 nights in Waikiki on our way home from Australia. Wayfinder was exactly what we needed, had a wonderful room, AMAZING bed and a pool! Definitely recommend this little gem!

Boutique hotel with great food and lovely property. Very fun vibe and decor to match. The bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This was a 1-night stay in Waikiki. I selected for the location and retro Hawaiian decor, and it was perfect. 7-minute walk to Dukes on the Beach for dinner. Comfy remodeled rooms with retro Hawaiian feel. Nice bar and pool area for happy hour, and delicious breakfast with retro Hawaiian inspired dishes. Friendly and accommodating staff in all areas of the Hotel, maid service, bar & restaurant. We had a very nice LARGE room with beautiful views of Diamond Head. However, it was behind the elevators - and my husband didn't want to deal with listening to the elevator shaft all night. We didn't stay in the room long enough to see if we could hear it, but the headboard to the bed was on that wall - so we opted out not to take the chance for noise. If you don't mind the elevators, then this is the room for you. Hotel staff was very accommodating to find us an alternate room facing the canal and mountains. We read reviews that parking was challenging, but our experience was fine. We arrived on a Saturday prepared. We were pleasantly surprised that the valet was quick and easy and no issues. On check-out day though be prepared to wait about 15 minutes as the valet has to do some car juggling. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was stylish, welcoming and the staff was friendly. The only downside is the street noise was a bit high on the north end of the property.

We had a wonderful stay in late August. Staff extremely helpful & friendly --went above & beyond to help us upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable price. look forward to staying here again !

I was suppose to get vip treatment from Expedia. My room was changed without my request. I came in at 11.am and was told that I would be given a call when the room was ready . Did not receive any call. I received a notice was told that I could check in early and pay 50.00 before I checked in was not given that opportunity when I got there. Instead I was given a different option after 5 hours. So I think the front desk staff could be more receptive. I received the room I requested after refusing what I was offered.

The hotel was fine. My only issue is everyday the lobby is packed with people waiting to check into their rooms. The hotel does not seem to be bothered by this but it’s uncomfortable to get around as the lobby is very small.

I stayed at the Wayfinder while I was dropping my daughter off at U of H. Great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It is a very pleasant area, the hotel is nice and clean. Everyone is very accommodating, and the restaurant and coffeeshops are high quality!

Staff friendly,.pool area is awesome, nice location, lovely entrance with wonderful furniture. Restaurant could use some help. Got orders wrong, some items didn't show up. Drinks ordered first, but didn't show up until we almost finished our entrees. Then wrong tab charged on my card. They took care of it quickly.

Loved everything

This hotel was worth every penny. A beautiful hotel, well thought out. The restaurant is tasty, coffee shop in the lobby, a swimming pool and hot tub to relax with a gym as well. There were free stretching classes and complimentary entrance to a museum. It was so nice to also receive complimentary drink tickets and a bottle of wine. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On top of all of that they have luggage storage, towels and other items you can take to the beach (a short walk away), aloe vera and sunscreen in case you forgot yours! We were so happy with our stay! Can't say enough good things about the hotel.
