We were in town to visit family. We were impressed with the overall condition of the property. Well kept and maintained.

Once I checked into my room, I found that 1/2 of the privacy curtains in the window were missing. After talking with the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do and there were no other rooms they could check me into and they were refused to refund my money so I can move to another hotel.

All staff was friendly and professional. It's a newer property and was very clean. Quiet room and nice breakfast area.

It was an average stay I had better experiences. I requested for my room be cleaned and it wasn't other then that it was an average stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was more than we expected; almost like a studio apartment! Very pet friendly establishment.

This was 2nd night of a 3 day cross country trip. Stayed previous night 10 hours away in a Super 8. My wife wanted "a little upgrade" on the 2nd night and this filled the bill. I'd call it a 4 Star Hotel and it properly checked all those boxes on comfort, cleanliness, on site restaurant and good customer service. The pool happened to be down. While that wasn't an issue for us. I can see it as a downer for someone making a same day advance reservation that wanted a pool (ie with kids)

The property was older but well maintained. The room was clean. The on property bar/restaurant had excellent service and the food was very good. The breakfast had a nice variety.

Kind of disappointed. Booked for a family stay.. Very pretty and mostly clean- but there were some issues. The fitness room is substandard. The electronics on the fitness equipment doesn’t work. This means the treadmill didn’t work AT ALL, not even manually. The elliptical machine was operational, but no screen and tracking, and was so uneven it tipped forward, so you couldn’t really use it. The handles were so disgusting I had to scrub them off. There were no towels in the fitness room so I had to go hunt them down. Fitness room was not cleaned on Sunday- the same trash was there on Monday morning. On Monday the pool was “closed for maintaince”, but in reality, they were painting pool chairs. Big bummer because they didn’t tell us that when I called ahead and asked if the pool would be open for the duration of our stay. (Huge reason we chose this property- we had 5 kids in our group ) They chose to paint pool chairs inside the rotunda. INSIDE!! The paint smell was SO STRONG you could not be in that area, which is also where pool table and games are. One of the rooms had a whirlpool tub so we thought we could at least make do t With that, but the handles were precariously attached and kept coming off. “Specialty coffee maker” in lobby didn’t have any of the coffees it advertised. Very mediocre breakfast. We checked out and are moving to a different property with our group.

Very clean comfortable overnight stay with a tasty hot and cold breakfast. Easy location off I 80. Very pleasant staff.

Nice breakfast was nice. Coffee was good. Clean and quiet.

Stay was mediocre the bed had wood blocks holding it up from the floor had holes where items once hung on the wall but no longer. No alarm clock in the room. The cupboard for the mini fridge and microwave the doors didn’t stay shut and would swing open. Within 10 minutes of us checking in we had 2 works walk right into the room to fix stuff but we were already there so we had to leave while they worked (they fixed something with the curtains). Beds are kinda firm but I guess it was just a quick place to sleep.

We like our stay best western plus. Very nice but needed thicker comforter on bed.

It’s an old property. The room I had was very large and clean, but the pillows were too small and the bed was too soft. There were no toiletries to offer and I had a business suite you weren’t able to use room service because the restaurant wasn’t open so the money that I paid it wasn’t worth it.

When i was there visiting family, the property manger or own decide to have the canapy pit front sprayed woth paint. They dodnt nother to let anyone know this was happen and needless to say my brand new car ended up with white over spay on it. The person at front desk was approached by my husband and he told that person and that person also took pictures, but nothis was done about it I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

This hotel will certainly get the job done as the beds were comfortable and the room spacious. I appreciate having a separate sink and mirror area where I can be getting ready while my husband is showering. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. The desk clerk was not friendly however, and for some reason the floor in the room was sticky. I don't think it was from being dirty but rather the cleaner used on the floor.

Was a good place to stay!

At 7:00PM we still had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned. At breakfast we had to tell front desk they ran out of food we waited for eggs, then waited for potatoes, then waited for plates, then waited for sausage and biscuits, then waited for gravy. Management at this hotel has gone downhill and apparently operating on a shoestring buget. After staying here several times the last 10 years, we won’t be back.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed that there was a restaurant on site.

Great value! Beautiful pool! Breakfast was a nice spread. Hotel is great, especially for the amount of money. But especially enjoyed my time in the restaurant/bar Big. Our bartender helped us after a crappy day. He was absolutely awesome.

The room was outdated. The linens were old and worn. When we woke, there was a leaky opening the hallway

Breakfast was great. Real eggs, real coffee, potatoes, full fresh breakfast.

The room had bugs everywhere. While most were dead, we did find live bugs too. They did move us to a different room but couldn’t sleep all night knowing what we saw in the other room. We could not cancel the room and move to a different hotel because we booked through a third party “hotels.com”. After driving all day we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Obviously that did not happen. We felt a little helpless because we were unable to find a number to call hotels.com. All their instructions gave us was the number to the bug ridden hotel we were staying at. We learned not to use hotels.com and still had to paid full price for the disgusting room.

Very clean

The wonderful staff went over and above in accommodating our group and giving us extra perks. The restaurant food was amazing. However, the room was without anywhere to sit except the desk chair…extremely sparse and not comfortable. The bed was very saggy. I cut my stay short as a result.
