NEVER go to this place. Room STUNK so bad I had to leave the slider door open and hear traffic all night long. Dirty, dirty property. card keys didn’t work, flooring so bad I wouldn’t risk walking on bear feet, patches on walls, just disgusting.

Room was quite nice, parking was convenient, the only improvement I would like would be more variety to the breakfast, a little more than Costco muffins and coffee. Everything else was fine.

The breakfast is all carbs. Cinnamon roll and cereals. Hope there’s protein too .

Good price . Several concerns. Flooring was cheap wood veneer which was badly attached giving a bounce and had gaps between strips. Was not very clean on wood part but tile in bathroom was good. Bed was very uncomfortable . Staff was mixed. Housekeeping very nice. Younger men at front were far less helpful.

This is a homeless shelter , probably one of the worstrooms ive ever seen. We left immediately and want our money refunded. The advertising is misleading and inaccurate.

Bed was too hard, otherwise it was good. I did not see anything that showed extra care on ecology

The staff was awesome the Gentlemen that check me in was very nice kind and they got me checked in quicker than I expected and I was super grateful for that! The room was awesome my daughter and I give it two thumbs up! very different but very cool! The one and only thing I didn't like about it was that the hot tub was out of service But so not the staffs fault And super grateful for the two ladies that were working the front desk Super friendly and very kind and hold me because we left our cables behind all in all I would stay there again💯

The hotel tried to charge my card before i even got to the room. I keep my cards locked until i use them, so since they couldn't charge my card without my permission theg canceled my room. I chose the option to pay when i arrived, not before. So the hotel canceled my room, then i had to drive back home 2 hours away cause i couldn't secure a room for the holiday weekend cause everything was extremely high cause of memorial day. I very much upset about the whole experience cause it cost so much money to drive back and forth this weekend. Very unacceptable.

Room was nice. Pool and exercise room were not available.

Only complaint is the towels felt like sandpaper. Please break down and buy new ones. Otherwise, perfect!

Hotel needs a remodel Better towels and better sheets

Next door neighbor woke me up at 4am talking, etc.

Not the cleanest and beds are cheap! Rooms are very noisy! The hotel is between an overpass and freeway on ramp so there’s lots of traffic noise. Then there’s the trains tracks too! Noisy neighbors had their TV blasting until 2 am! Breakfast is half muffins, raisin brand, or Frosted Flakes. Watered down orange juice and okay coffee. Checkin staff and night staff were very friendly and polite!

Great value. Microwave, fridge & AC were In good working condition. Sounds from the light rail nearby were minor. Quiet night’s sleep. Good bed.

Nice and friendly staff. They need more handicap parking around the property because we had to take all our items from the front of the property to the elevator several doors down and also lots of uneven walkways to the elevator. Bathtub slippery and no grab rail so I couldn’t take a shower.

The only thing wrong with my stay is the bed with too hard.

The hotel is well located- just off the freeway. Pros: The staff are wonderful! They were very helpful. the grounds are well kept. It's within easy walking distance if the SMART Train. There is camera surveillance so there's not a lot of rowdiness, grocery stores are nearby, and it has a working elevator. The trash is picked up daily from the trash cans. There is laundry on site and a pool . The room was sparse but clean- lots of pillows and curiously, one bed was soft and the other was extra firm. They are pet friendly for an extra $10/day. There is breakfast of muffins and cereal. Cons: people can't seem to remember what trash cans are for so there was trash in the parking lot daily. The elevator needs a good scrubbing and the walkways to the rooms need to be hosed down. The train runs right next to the hotel and it's loud. Fortunately it runs relatively daylight hours. There's a railroad crossing right in front of the hotel so the bells and train horns go off intermittently. (I didn't know the train was right there when I booked) it's an older hotel so you can hear the party next door but the rooms are better insulated than most. Yes, you can hear the traffic noise. No, the pool was not available.

For the high price paid, this place is not in a desirable location, has transients roaming around, broken glass in parking area, no secure parking lending it to easy car breakins, shower knob was not correct and falling off making it difficult to regulate water, shower curtain was wrong size, breakfast choices very limited.

All in all the room, lobby and hospitalty staff were good. The problem was with the receptionist at the desk contacted us at seven am to inform us that our check out time was that day at eleven. Our booking was confirmed through eleven am the following day! Upon approaching her at the desk to resolve any possible error, she was very insistent that she was correct and extremely rude in her diplomacy. Even with the itinerary proof she did not care to listen. She then proceeded to exit the building and left us with nobody else present. It was an hour before someone else became available.

We were very disappointed in the quality of our stay. The receptionist was very nice and by far the best part of our stay. The room was very run down. One of the beds made so much noise that it woke me up every time my child rolled over because your could hear the springs. There was gross hair all over the wall in the shower and the floor was very dirty. The ceiling by the fan in the bathroom was falling off. The room overall was very run down. We will never stay at this hotel again. They didnt even have spoons in the morning for breakfast, which was limited to a couple of muffins, cereal and coffee.

I’ve traveled to over 45 countries and 30 states. This hotel is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Though the staff was friendly and helpful, the property is run down and dirty. The paint is peeling off the doors, the bathroom door in my bedroom looked like it was ready to fall off, the room had a strange odor, and there were various species of bed bugs and fleas on the beds. Moreover, there are train tracks behind the hotel, so trains can be heard regularly. I’m glad it was only for one night.

Breakfast is half muffins cereal no bowl’s

I've lived in Novato for a number of years so I knew the area and wasn't too concerned, but I was unfamiliar with this hotel. Rooms were dingy and dirty. Sheets did not look clean. A pubic hair was found on the sheets of one of the beds. The shower did not work, only bath. Though they repaired it while I was out the first day. Toilet seat is stained deep yellow. Bathroom grout appeared moldy. The breakfast was raisin bran, frosted flakes or half a costco muffin. On my last morning, they were out of coffee and refused to make any. They were out of bowls, so atleast I put my unused coffee cup to use. I could not get out of there fast enough.
