Beautiful hotel with great staff and excellent service. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a dream.

The staff are really friendly, rooms are quintessentially French, so beautiful. And the restaurant is divine!

I liked the large bathroom with the walk in shower, the very comfortable bed. I liked less the lack of comfortable seating.

The rooms are spacious and nice, as well as the proximity to the Champs de Elysse. However, the staff and service quality was inconsistent. One bell staff broke my suitcase handles, on the final day another staff member just entered the room without knocking while my wife was changing and packing and then remained there which made her feel unsafe. He wanted to check the minibar. There was no communication that the breakfast buffet concluded at different times on the weekdays (earlier) vs weekends. During turndown service the housekeeping staff did not bus or clean the used tea. They would not replenish the tea either (we only drink 1-2 cups of tea). The view was horrible as it is a construction zone.

If i go to Paris again. That would be my number one choice.Everyone is so friendly, rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything here was perfect! 10/10

Great boutique hotel in prime Paris location. staff is very friendly and willing to help (which is not common in Paris). Hands on management team and little details that make you feel pleased.There is only one restaurant (great food) and small bar.

Disappointed in choosing this hotel. It’s overall location was it’s best feature. The street it is on is more of an alley. All type neighboring employees of other businesses use it as their smoke break room. Cigarette butts everywhere plus the building directly across street is under construction. I made the reservation last minute but the room was one first floor directly above entrance and facing the construction site. Asked to move and they did allow an upgrade a bit higher and over but still on top of the construction. Which was told wouldn’t start until 10am but it was about 8am. Small hotel nothing about it was 5 star. We asked for a wine opener but they waited for us to open the bottle and asked for it back as it was the only one in hotel. ?? They need a nice smell in lobby and halls as it smelled like sewer on way to our room. Took the stairs as the only elevator was very small. They overcharged the authorization and then had attitude when I asked for breakdown of bill. I’m sure she felt I was not pleased by that’s not the way to treat a customer despite my dissatisfaction of it not meeting my expectations for a 5 star hotel. Small lobby small check in area nominal “bar” and dining area. Room was ok but very bad use of space. See the odd photo in the tiny water closet. Not sure who would use the spray hose for hygiene it was in a cut out hole in wall and dusty l? Did not bother with the included breakfast. Would love a refund not worth the money.

Good location. Hotel staff went above and beyond helping us find restaurants that were well priced with excellent food. Friendly, helpful and really top notch rooms.

A great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Location perfect. There was some trouble with the check in due to booking failure (Expedia) but the staff was very responsive and took good care of us.

The location and building are incredible. That being said, the fitout of the hotel rooms is cheaply carried out. The price definitely does not reflect the expected level of quality.

Incredible all around stay. Combined business trip with family in tow. Room clean and spacious by Paris standards. Terrific, go-out-of-their-way service. Location speaks for itself. Breakfast was top-notch in gorgeous setting. Will be my go-to business or family hotel in Paris from here on out. Kudos to all the staff. (Only wish wi-fi signal would have bit a bit stronger in room, but usable/acceptable.)

Was surprised this hotel is rated as a 5 star. Lobby so-so, room the same.. On the other hand the employees made up for all of this. They were attentive, helpful and very professional!

Great small boutique luxury hotel in a perfect location just steps to Arc Triumph and Metro and on a very quiet street. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upscale restaurant in hotel was excellent. Room had soft towels, robes and slippers and turn down service. Would stay there again.

This hotel is just brilliant. The staff are welcoming & extremely helpful (especially Carinne & Fabian). Fabian helped us on numerous occasions. The hotel is gorgeous as are the rooms. Clean, quiet and light. The restaurant is very good but as one would expect it is not cheap, being so close to the Champs Elysees. I would definitely return to this hotel. A big thank you to all the staff.

Fairly priced, amazing location to explore the main sites and their staff is by far the nicest people you will find in Paris

Hotel Vernet in Paris - Excellent price/quality ratio

The hotel is really beautiful and its locaiton is very centric.We were right around the corner from the Champs ELysees so it was very convenient. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and the beds were so comfortable! But the safe in the room was not working and when we asked for them to repair it, they said right away. But nothing was done that moment or that whole first night for that matter. The next morning ,we complained that we couldn't leave the room with all our valuables and that they must fix the safe. well we had to wait for over an hour for someone to show up and fix it! Also clean towels were hard to find. We had to ask the front desk for the towels every day.

We didn't like this hotel PERIOD!!!! They were soooooooooooo so not kind at all!!! They need to train their employees to smile to their customer first!!!! AWFUL. !!!! Horrible!!!! We loved Paris but we regret stayed this hotel!!! Their hotel should name,,,Miserable Hotel!!!! We didn't feel like it was money worth at all!!!! Never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!
