Check in was great. The lady at the front desk helped get my parents the joining room to ours. She was super friendly and helpful. My son got sick in the middle of the night and the staff was very helpful as well.

Nice, clean hotel with good amenities like a splash pad, water slides, hot tub and restaurant on site. Hotel layout was a bit confusing. For some reason, we didn’t sleep well. Not sure if the AC unit kept us up, or the beds weren’t comfortable, or what. There was also an intermittent sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Overall, I know we should have liked this hotel. I think we just had an off-night.

The pool at this hotel was very fun for my kids. Staff were great. The restaurant was phenomenal.

Our girls loved playing at the pool. They provided lifejackets to use while there and that was so nice to have. Our room was clean, beds were not the comfiest but not the worst. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and everyone was really nice. I would definitely stay again but whoever numbered the rooms must have been a mentally challenged american. The pool area was really nice for kids with two big slides and a play area but no room to swim. Still cool though.

Everything was very nice an clean- I would stay here again especially with kids- the landing pad to one of the kids slides was broken on one side exposing the anchor- that could potentially cause someone to get hurt.

I like the whole place and the room and the pool. The only thing I really wanted was the hot tub but there was sooo many little kids in it. After waiting I finally went in and the they left so my husband could get in. The bed was rock hard. Didn’t sleep at all. But the staff was very friendly and nice, I left my pillow and they saved it for me.

There doesn’t seem to be direct access to the hotel entrance. There is a hallway of rooms that some have a hallway which made carrying our luggage and work things difficult.

Great experience. Clean room, water slides at the pool. Onlu complaint was the bedding. The bed had a top sheet and a heavy duvet. No blanket, was either hot or cold all night.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The waterpark was perfect for our young children. It was small enough to keep an eye on them while enjoying the hot tub. Great breakfast!

Parking access was very convenient. Staff professional and very kind! The room service from Joys table was very delicious. Carpets are outdated. Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I like they had a shop inside with bathing suits and a lot of other items. We didn't try the restaurant i wish we had though looked nice. The soon to be coming ice cream parlor looks neat and the waterslides kept the kids entertained for sure. All in all in was a very nice affordable hotel that i plan on taking my family to again.

We were told the pool would be open the day we arrived, but it was not. The next day it was open but we got a rash and burns after exciting the pool. Their pool was the main reason we stayed there. Needless to say the kids were disappointed.
