One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. I usually only stay in 2 other places if I have to stay in a hotel but I decided to try this one out about a week ago and I fell in love with it ever since. It definitely tops Tropicana for me for soo many reasons, which is one of the other 2 places I usually stay. Less fees, complimentary breakfast (options for everyone to choose from in the morning). The breakfast is also ran for a few hours which gives everyone a chance to get down there and grab something before it’s too late. Regardless is you’re an early bird who get’s the worm or a late riser no one is left out here. Members are extended amazing deals & great offers as well. My 2nd stay I signed up immediately to become a member so that I could take advantage of the points offered each time I booked a room here as well as late check out when needed via the actual IHG / Holiday Inn Express website. ALL of the staff here are very respectful, friendly & amazing. The house keepers do an amazing job with making sure the rooms are spotless and clean. The beds are beyond comfortable here and you will have a mini fridge and microwave in each room with a coffee maker (Keurig style)….I want to give a special Thank you to Vince one of the managers there whom took his time to hear me out about a situation that occurred while I was staying here for my 2nd time that could have easily been my last if he didn’t handle the situation with such care and grace. Thank you !!

Definitely couldn’t beat the price for what was offered. Staff very friendly, polite and professional as well as the house keepers. Breakfast provided in the morning was also excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will be staying again.stayed on the week of Thanksgiving.

The hotel was dirty, loud and not safe. There were men shouting, women screaming all night long. The ac unit didn’t work, the shade in our room was ripped and had been for a while. I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

I choose here because of the private beach, and it was right in front of the hotel. Staff are not friendly at all and mostly sound proof of the room is the WORST. I could hear the baby crying whole night, even they talking. I do not recommend

The hotel was clean. Close to water. wind surfing options... What I didn't like was the included breakfast was terrible. Eggs were rubbery, muffins/bagels were old. when we got there at 7:45, toast had ran out. Coffee was very good.
I didn't like that they charged me $15 extra because I booked through expedia. The room I got had a wall outside the window. They pretended to "upgrade me" to a better room. I felt like they do it with all customers to get more money per room.

There is zero customer service when it comes to offer complementary water at the front desk, beside I was ther almost 30 minute after teh check in time to get a room clean. I was there 3 nights not one day my room was clean. I gues syou get what you paid for, but overall it it ok to sleep and take showers otehr than that it is not worth it.

We stayed here because of the great reviews we read before booking but we were so disappointed. The hotel itself was cheap & close enough to Atlantic City so that was good (the main reasons I rated 2 stars instead of 1) and the ocean in the back was nice to look at but the service was poor. The staff, although not rude, were not friendly. No one smiles or makes you feel like a valued guest. The biggest disappointment was we specified at check-in we wanted room service every day of our 5 night stay but it only happened once and only after complaining about it to 4 different front desk employees for 3 consecutive days (morning & night). The breakfast was the same each day (no variance). I would suggest waking up very early to get there when it starts because if you get there later it’s pure madness. It was overcrowded and food is not restocked in a timely manner so you may have to wait before you get anything because the “best” things run out quickly. Anyways, we travel a lot and this hotel does not deserve the rating it currently holds. Overall, we would not stay here again.

The breakfast offered daily was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach view. It was definitely a family environment where guests and staff members communicated to each other in a respectful manner. It was a great experience.

It was okay. The room was clean. It is located just off the highway and is only 5 minutes from Atlantic City (not like there is anything special about that) but the building is in the middle nowhere. Let's just say you can't step out of the hotel and grab a coffee or snacks at a corner store across the street. 7-10 minute drive to a lot of restaurants like Texas Roadhouse.
