When we checked out.

The staff was incredibly rude and confrontational to us-I was having a medical issue so couldn’t be right there and my kids (all 18) tried to go to the room since I had already paid but they wouldn’t allow them to and he point blank said it was my fault I didn’t know they had to be 21 bc he had a sign out front of the lobby, which was hotter than outside and had broken drink and snack machines. When I asked for a refund for the principal of how awful he was treating us, he said no refund-no room. I then pointed out that that seemed fraudulent and that his 21 year old info was nowhere listed when booking, he told me to call the police because he’s had many complaints about this before. After 2 hours, my father spending an hour in traffic to be the adult representative since I could not, the manager then telling me I had to change the name of the booking myself online before he could accept my 63 year old father taking responsibility for them, me needing to send confirmation screenshots, him stalling…he finally gave in and gave them a key. All that for a broke down, dirty, smelly and hot room…for over $200!!!!

Location was very close to Atlantic city. Also, rooms were clean and maintained well.

There was water leakage in the bathroom. Apart from that there was nothing much not to like about the hotel.

Room was sort of clean jacuzzi didn't work and I spotted a rouch so I left didn't even stay
