Always love staying at the Fairmont- feels like home in Whistler

Feels like home.

There are many unnecessary fees, because the amount paid for the room is not cheap and when paying the bill there are several hidden fees that you only know about when paying the final bill ( check out) to leave the hotel.

Always the best choice for family.

All was wonderful, also was surprised with some snacks in room chargable,even after paying resort fee, some amenities are standard at oter hotels but enkoyed our stsy for wedding at this hotel,was wonderful

What a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed the positive atmosphere, service, family and pet friendly environment! The restaurants are excellent and the location is within walking distance to the Village (although a shuttle is provided if you prefer). We highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Fairmont Château in Whistler for many reasons. Number one, the friendly staff, from the moment we pulled into the beautiful building: the bellhops, to the front desk staff, to everyone we encountered throughout our three nights stay, we were greeted with smiles and “is there anything else you need?” Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and a nice view. We had a two queen deluxe slopeside view. It was facing the front of the hotel on the sixth floor and so quiet. We had the all you can eat buffet at the Wildflower and it was worth the money with all the choices you had. I liked the omelette bar and the healthy smoothie options. Portobello was one of our favorites of all the places we ate on the whole trip. The BBQ dinner, brisket was delicious, and they have amazing pastries starting in the mornings. We would love to come back.

I love the pool areas both in winter and summer. The entire hotel and it's service is exactly what you should express from a high end hotel

Beautiful property with nice attention to most details. For a summer getaway, it was not ideal for adult pool time as it was over run with large families. No lifeguard so children were running/jumping everywhere- including the adult lap pool. That said, if you have kids they will love it! Very good value breakfast buffet but you won’t be seated if you are past 10 am. I think we will try the 4 seasons next to compare.

Great position,great rooms. Only complaints i have is that not enough filtered water is supplied in rooms and that there was laundry service on Sunday’s.

Amazing staff, we stayed for a week and as a man who appreciates a tight run ship it was a pleasure to watch them all operate as an efficient unit. Everyone was so friendly and we especially loved Wilber who cared for our room during our stay, what a beauty of a man. We will definitely be back.

Incredible pool area and staff!! On a weekend, much busier at the pool, but there are dedicated staff working to clear sun beds and direct those who are waiting where they can sit. Great service at all the restaurants! Don’t miss the breakfast buffet at Wildflower (but go down early to avoid a wait, especially on weekends).

Beautiful location

This property seems too hyped with the name of Fairmont. The entrance carpets are sticky and dirty and seem to be very old. Room was average, with the biggest giveaway was that there was no plug to use the kettle. We had to plug the kettle in the washroom to get hot water. Service was average. I ordered room service but got it very late and on top of it got the opposite of what I ordered. Ordered warm item when I was served frozen item. Would never stay here again and won’t recommend it either. Did not get justice for the money charged.
