The staff is always so kind even when I show up after midnight!! And they always asked me if I prefer lower level or upper, very thoughtful!!

Upon arrival and checking in the night clerk was very rude and short. I had reserved 2 rooms and he argued with me I only had one. He then looked down again and saw that I did have two and just handed me the second key and said here. No apology or anything. Breakfast is very limited and the danishes were stale. Which is all a shame I am going to be down every month at least two times a month for the next 18 months and I will not be staying at this hotel. If you do decide to stay here make sure you like extra firm beds because that’s exactly what they are. Extra Firm!

Overall the hotel was okay it was clean and bug free, the issues I had was we couldn't get the TV to work until we hooked our PS5 up to it to watch from it and the door wasn't secure it was missing the door plate in the frame so it made me feel unsafe with my kids in the room but thankfully it all worked out. The breakfast was okay other than me getting a danish with mold on it

Upon arrival the front desk was super rude. The room smelled like cigarettes even tho it was not a smoking room. The ac vent cover was broken on the floor. The beds have bed bugs. Found hair in the shower. The pool was closed and it was not advertised on the expedia. Horrible experience! I asked for a refund or discount and was denied.

Property was kind of run down. Pool was closed. Breakfast had three things. Burnt myself on the metal cover as nothing to take metal lid off with. They allowed a rather large group of people sit around in parking lot playing loud music for hours.

Good service but the building is old, you can smell cigarette smoke and pot. The exhaust in the bathroom is not working.

They advertise a pool, but of course it wasn’t open because they said it had a hole in it. That was very horrible, especially when the kids were looking forward to swimming.

The outside of this property is awful air conditioners with faces off of them. And a strip club in our faces. Saw 2 prostitutes going from truck to truck at 2 am. But to top it off was balling sheers up for the cleaning lady and lord and behold the matress protector was covered in blood and it wasnt mine i guarantee. They will be hearing from my attorney!

We felt safe enough in the rather sketchy area but the floor in our room was dirty, there was no hair dryer, clothes hangers or soap for the sink in our room and the breakfast selections were extremely limited. The pool wasn't even close to being ready to open. We won't stay there again.

Bummed that the pool was empty!!! We booked specially to relax by the pool for Mothers Day.

Front door lock was half missing, and therefore did not hold the door shut tightly. This allowed for bugs and traffic noise to enter the room more easily.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. (1) dirty rooms (see picture). (2) we booked a room for 5 and got a room for two. They apologized but could not move us to a bigger room. (3) there is no breakfast! coffee machine was empty. no milk. no juice. no nothing. They only thing they have is very old cereals (but no milk). We do not have high standards but this hotel was really very very bad. The only good think I can mention is that the person at the front desk when we checked in was nice and understanding. (4) the hotel is on the highway so half of the rooms (those that are facing the highway) are very noisy.

Easy check in and check out. The room was clean and house keeping dtopped by everyday. The limited need for staff i had was always a great experience they were funny, pleasant, and helpful.

I called the night before to confirm and the staff that answered was rude and hang up. I had to call back. The Expedia site said breakfast was included there was only breakfast 1 day out of the 4 days. When we ask they said they ran out and it was 1 hour after breakfast started. There was two rotten apples siting there for days, fridge was empty and water to make tea was cold. If I knew this would have been the case I would have booked another hotel and would have been prepared for the extra cash I had to spend on breakfast. Every day I had to ask for toiletries and was told they ran out. The stairs was full of cigarettes buds and look like it was not cleaned for months. I am requesting a credit for the money I spent on breakfast which was $28.00 each day for 3 days at the Waffle House because the hotel did not lived up to what was on Expedia site. I made a reservation for my party of 5 & when we arrived they told me there were no extra beds (which they were supposed to have) or I wouldn’t have made if I had known this & they were still going to charge me a cancellation fee!! The property looked kind of run down & just thrown into a dirt parking lot..they lost our business!
