Our stay was okay. Room was clean but it was incredibly humid. The smell of humidity was bad and my clothes even felt as if they were damped.

Unfriendly staff no smile upon checking in. Room still has previously customer’s sock under bed, stain on bed sheets, hairs on pillows, room smell moldy.

Beds really small and sheets smelled like pee. Towels in bathroom were dirty!!! Tiny coffee machine didnt have pot so couldnt even make coffee (not that I would because probably dont wash that either). There is a holiday inn and LaQuinta next to Red Roof I will stay at next time as we had better experiences there.

Worst wifi on the planet. Not great for work or gaming children. No frills rooms with limited options.

My first room smelled like pee and mold. I asked to be changed to a different room which they did but even that room made me feel uneasy as far as cleanliness. Will not stay here again.

We booked two rooms for our family and when we arrived they would only have rooms in different buildings on the property. We were not willing to have our family split that far apart. We canceled the booking. They HAVE NOT refunded us. I would not use Red Roof Inn.

Our stay was OK. Staff were very friendly.Our room was good but a little old. We found it overpriced for what you got.Very limited toiletries plus no Continental breakfast.You could get clean towels but had to go to the Front Desk.Garbage was never taken out.We had to do it ourselfs.Would probably look elsewhere for a room if here again

Red Roof Inn advertises as smoke free. When I walked into the room, it stunk of cigarettes. My wife and I are both non-smokers. I will never set foot into a Red Roof Inn, ever. Balcony garbage cans were overflowing with refuse, a pretty pathetic situation. They take a $50 deposit from my credit card for damages, they did refund me. I have never been more disgusted in a branded hotel experience. Terrible terrible

It's was a last minute stay & was very pleased to be able to book very fast & easy..

I do not recommend. It's hard to tell the difference between the travelers staying for a night and the long term residents. I turned on the shower and had a flood of water coming out from under the bath tub. Uncomfortable bed..........

Had to pay the seasonal price which was absurd, big black ants in the room, lightbulb in the lamp was out and the TV remote had dead batteries in it.

The room was in disrepair with ceiling texture peeling. There was an extremely bad odor. There were what appeared to be transients on property. It felt unsafe for a single woman with young daughter staying alone.

It wasn't the worst place I have stayed, however the room wasn't very clean, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were super flat.

The stay is always enjoyable overall. The rooms are always clean and the location is great. Despite the beds being uncomfortable and the low water pressure, the staff is always wonderful and helpful to my family. We stay here every year and will again next year.

Rooms were dirty. The "Non-Smoking" room was NOT non-smoking. Could literally smell smoke caked into the walls. My eyes were burning as I was trying to sleep. The room was very shabby. The ceiling was falling down and very dirty. The rooms really need a renovation...like 10 years ago! Staff was pleasant though.

The lady who called us from the front desk was extremely rude and definitely appeared to be on drugs. The other lady who was there when we arrived also appeared to be coked out. The first lady claimed she called at 8pm, meanwhile the missed call was from around midnight. We called back about 20 minutes later. She asked if we were still coming, to which I said YES, we are on our way, driving from another state, and will be there around 3am. Instead of just saying okay, drive safe, we’ll see you then (like every other hotel we’ve ever gotten to late at night), she proceeded to mock me and make like we didn’t know where we were and said she was going to cancel our reservation and we’d be charged for a room we couldn’t use. I continuously told her we were literally in the car, on the highway, and told her our eta numerous times. She just kept saying she was going to cancel it. Then said we had to either get there before 3am, or wait until 5 minutes after 3am. None of it made any sense at all. Then when we arrived we discovered she had charged my card without my permission. We purposely chose the pay upon arrival option (on hotels.com) since a different card was to be used (personal vs. business), yet she ignored that and charged it before we arrived. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. On top of that, the rooms were clearly not vacuumed, hair in the tub, microwave didn’t work, & the A/C barely worked.

Bathroom need to be more clean,the lamp in top of bed has a lot of dust
