It was only 1 night and it was very good

- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty.
- room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could.
- baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up straight, let alone accommodate a child. we needed to arrange a pack n play from friends instead.
- elevator out of order 8 of 10 days, causing frustrating detours in the hallways..
- both key cards simultaneously deactivated 2 days before check-out

The elevator was broken for our entire trip. I have knee issues. Not good. Staff is wonderful.

We just stayed there last weekend and it was okay, but the second floor hallway has no air conditioning and then one night we came and housekeeping ever cleaned the room.Which we never left a sign on the door that said that we didn't want it to be cleaned

I liked that it was quiet, comfy beds, room was clean and had a nice side view of the outside pool. You need a wristband to swim, which we weren't offered or told upon check in so had to go back and get them. We also went told the wifi password or when breakfast would be served, or how was our stay.. the basics
Staff was nice though. The hallways I pretty dark though and could a bit more lighting. Our shower curtain was broken at both ends , breakfast was not bad though could've had more options to choose from. The stair Wells look out of date and some of the parking lot needs to be given new tar and looks worn. Pool was great but could be skimmed out a bit more
Mexican restaurant is connected and a lot of stores within the area

The bed and pillows were fine. The shower was abysmal. It barely spit on me. I had a hard time getting the shampoo out of my hair

Close to our destination for a family reunion. Though the hotel was located along the highway and we didn't rent a car, we had to walk on the grass or the road because there were no sidewalks. Close to restaurants and we recommend trying the Fat Cactus restaurant in the hotel.

This property need to train there staff on clients being looked out of their room's at 1:30am in the morning. It was a horrible experience and I won't be recommending this hotel.

This is a very old hotel and it shows. The bathroom was nicely updated but the carpets are dirty and worn out.

This property isn’t the best. Very dated and has a smell in some of the rooms. The Mexican restaurant that’s attached is very good tho

After checking in we got our keys to a room and they did not work. Went back to the desk and they fixed the key card but once entering our room someone else was there. We went down and received another room. Later we called about another pillow was told we would get a call back and nobody got back to us. It is a horrible run hotel.

Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was fine only problem was the damp smell inside room that hits you as soon as you come inside and it smells horrible. I assume that it comes from the rug due to the water that gets splashed from the jacuzzi. Thank God i had lysol and was able to get some of the smell out. Mexican Restaurant downstairs was amazing loved their drinks and food. Overall experience was good.

Room was clean receptionist or fantastic. Breakfast was cold, and for having to pay for what should be a free breakfast, I think it should be a little bit better. The Turkey sausage was overcooked and dry.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Traffic noise was significant but could mask by running the a/c fan continuously. Upon check in the credit card had THREE charges put on “for incidentals!” They were pending but seemed excessive. Moreover the clerk could not reverse or even give a receipt to show these charges (the room was fully prepaid). The experience was disturbing.
