Staff was not customer friendly and towels appear wotn and dingy. I did not like having to use the towels. Food was goid though.

Considering I only stayed here one night it was clean a little Outdated

Coffee maker did not work. Additionally the TV remote did not work and required a replacement. Breakfast set up is a little underwhelming. Staff tries to help whenever possible.

We checked in right at check in time and our room wasn’t ready. The guy at the desk gave me our room keys and didn’t say it wasn’t ready, he just said let’s hope it’s ready. So my husband and I unloaded and when we got to our room they were still cleaning it. We ended up waited outside of our room with all our things since we had already made the trip with all our belongings to the 2nd floor. We were able to finally check in 45 minutes later. We settled into our room then decided to use the hot tub inside the room about a hour later we noticed water dripping from the ceiling into our hot tub. We let the guy know at the desk and he said they didn’t have anymore jacuzzi rooms available but he can check us in to another room with a discounted price. That’s great and all but it was so unfortunate because my husband and I went there to relax in a jacuzzi room and ended up waiting for our room to then having to move rooms. It just wasn’t a pleasant relaxing stay like we had hoped.

The property was clean, the staff were nice and friendly. I just wish it had more parking space.

Elevator was out of service due to annual city maintenance check that was disruptive to all guest on 2nd and 3rd floors. Breakfast accommodations were underwhelming at best.

It's an OK hotel, nice and clean behind a Mall, if you are interested on shopping, it's great. I was there for a business trip but I lived around there in the past so I was already familiar with the area and just for 2 nights it worked perfectly for me, I asked for a quiet room and the staff have been very nice, the room was clean and quiet, breakfast and parking included, not too expensive, so far, for my experience, I was fully satisfied.

The room is small and smell bad in the room . The price is higher but no swimming pool . The price should be lower than their standard

Hotel is ok, service is terrible. I pre paid my stay and the hotel says it has parking included which is not true. You have to get to your hotel before 8 pm or else you have to go park your car in the shopping center next door and wake up early enough before getting towed. That’s called fraud, you claim to have parking included but you can’t go out late or else risk getting your car towed. Do not stay here.

Extremely happy with my overall stay. The staff was friendly, it was a great location, I came during the week so parking was easy. The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options….. I would like to add that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I did a thorough investigation as soon as I walked into the room. Very very satisfied will definitely return.
