This used to be a nice hotel. Their was mold in the shower. If you count on getting Netflix and the like, book a different hotel. Their chromecast did not work and both receptionists as well as the conserge were incapable of helping. Minimal bathroom items. A poorly made burger cost $27. Very disappointing all around.

My final lodging after a month on the road and oh, so grateful for the soft landing and easy welcome. Straight-forward customer service, spacious, clean room, and quiet. Everything you could need for a stay... Close to airport. Great airport service. Business center. Nordic spa area with pool. Essentials. A simple, welcoming restaurant in main area, another off to one side. I would definitely go back.

Excellent customer service, well appointed, modern rooms. one of the two elevators servicing our tower was not operational, leading to some wait times for the elevator.

Great location for flights in and out of Frankfurt airport. Well appointed hotel and held our luggage before check in time as we returned the rental car. There is a shuttle that is supposed to run every 20 minutes but waited 45 minutes. Driver only stopped for 10 seconds as we tried to stop him. He was supposed to stop at gate E8 but blew past E8 and stopped at gate E9 for only 10 seconds. Had to call hotel staff to have him come back, 10-15 minutes. To the Hotel's credit they apologized and comped us with breakfast vouchers. This incident aside, a very nice hotel with many nice features. Restaurant a little pricey.

Free hotel shuttle, I inquired twice about the details by e mail through the hotels.com app and never heard back. Very slow check in at the front desk, seems they need to improve their system. My complimentary drink was charged 9 euros. 30 euros for a burger. Room was descent and had a good nights sleep. Good tv channels.

Everything was fine with this hotel for staying but when I was checking out none of them asked whether I had breakfast or not. I checked out around 05:20am and after that I received additional payment from the hotel for 9euro. It's not a big amounts but I was wondering what was it for. So, I made phone call to hotel and they told me that it was for the breakfast! This hotel might charge for breakfast without checking. what if I didn't ask them, i think this hotel wouldn't cancel the payment!! This is what i' m disappointed. Please check your manual for it.

The Air conditioner did not work so the room was hot and stuffy. The safe did not work. The shower door is a bad design - water gets all over the floor.

Cable TV was out of service, as well as streaming on the TV, air conditionong may as well have been heating as it was less effective than opening the window (always lovely at a hotel by an airport), sink is in the middle of the room with a tiny mirror making shaving a joy, and shower leaked into the bedroom rug, which is about 10 inches away. I've experienced better for the price. Staff and restaurant were lovely, but I would look elsewhere.

Very convenient as it is near the airport and has a shuttle. The staff are great, super friendly and helpful! Having a spa area and massages is great, but the swimming pool was too cold. The restaurants advertised were closed, so the option was the lobby bar/cafe (with ok dining options)

We were given the wrong info about walking to old town Frankfurt. We were told it would take 15 or 25 min to walk. In reality you need a car. Big problems with check out. They would not accept payment for 2 rooms. Despite me previously emailing the staff about how we have to pay at the hotel. We asked for 2 twin beds for 3 rooms. This was not done despite multiple requests before by email with the staff and the morning of the stay

Best shuttle service at the airport!

Big hotel that has everything you need for an airport hotel including a shuttle every 20 min.

This property has a lovely spa area on the top floor, including a good-sized if rather chilly pool, steam room and fitness equipment. The place is supposed to have 4 eateries but only one was open and prices had the usual hotel mark-up. Rooms were quiet, and there's a nice wooded area across the street. The airport shuttle service is good. Otherwise there really isn't anything nearby so you're stuck with hotel food.

Second stay was very disappointing! The executive suite room we were given 268 had a broken mini fridge (could not be fixed by repair person) so we had to throw out all our food and couldn’t enjoy our cold drinks. The room also had a dirty tooth paste stain on the bathroom cup and the hair dryer had so much dust on it (it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for over a month). Our first experience in the same executive room on floor 8 was nothing like the one we got this time on floor 2. The young lady who checked us in was also the one who checked us out the next day and when we showed her the issues with the room (cleanliness and broken mini-fridge) she just said “sorry” and took no ownership of her mistake in assigning a room with issues to us the night before. The voucher we got as gold member perk was impossible to use before the only bar that accepts it was open since it couldn’t be used towards the breakfast. Not a big deal, but we threw our own food away because of the lack of refrigeration in room 268.

The hotel is ideal for short stays. With a courtesy shuttle 24/7 serving both terminals 1 and 2 it is no problem getting from and to the airport.

I appreciated the round-the-clock shuttle service to the airport. The room was well appointed, and check-in and -out was quick and uncomplicated. Would definitely stay here again.

Please train your staff at front desk to say hello when a customer enters in the hotel and not make them wait when in check in !! Not even asking how can we help and they were not busy with other guest also their attitude shows lack of respect .At the bar and food area they are very nice room are quiet and clean great airport shuttle service

Easy to get to the airport

This hotel provides 24 hours shuttle to the airport that make our overnight layover very convenient. We take the free shuttle to the airport to ride a train to old town and did some side seeing.
