Resort was under construction; only one elevator available to get to upper floors as one was out of order. Very inconvenient.

We love Loews. We celebrate special occasions here because the customer service in phenomenal and it's so relaxing and laid back when we get there. Thanks Loews for being great!!!!!

The property is undergoing renovations and it’s loud and dusty. The front desk made a change in our bill. That helped a lot brings it is costly to stay there. Removed the resort fees and credited our dining fees.

Very nice. We have been on a 9 day trip stayed in this Hotel on day 6 and we are going back to stay 2 more nights. Resort is extremely nice and pool area is great for vacationing

Property and facilities are somewhat old. Need to be renovated. Due to on-going renovation, parking lot and some area is under construction. Overall, good!

Gorgeous property! Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, lovely bathtub, great view from balcony, great gym and pool, lovely staff, wonderful location, great food and drink, wait staff at pool was great!

This property has stellar customer service and guest interaction. Stunning setting with stunning architecture. Once the renovations are done this will be a spectacular place to stay with world class customer service.

The hotel is very beautiful. My husband and I consistently choose to stay at Loews every time we visit Tucson. However this visit was short of giving five stars for the reasons below:
1: Upon arrival I was told we would be given a special gift; champagne and cake for my wedding anniversary. Never received.
2: Main Pool area was having some work done throughout the week I was staying. Drilling and workers walking back and forth disturbed relaxing time at the pool.
3: Pool water was not kept clean during the week. Only time I saw someone skimming the pool was Friday afternoon…. getting ready for weekend guests but not guests staying during the week?
4: Fitness center was extremely hot with very little cool air circulation and some work being done… again during the week and was fully operating by Friday….
5: Shower head was not working properly….
But I have to give compliments to the pool attendants. They were very professional and friendly, as well as the doormen.

Betsy at the cascade bar was amazing, great personality and inviting to her guest. The property is gorgeous. Mountain View’s, quiet, and relaxing.

I have stayed many times at this property years ago. 1995-2010. Price was excellent back then. The price is over priced for what I booked. 1000.00 for a room that looks like it has not been refurbished since the times I have stayed at the resort long ago. I was disappointed in the room. The pool was great as usual. But to say I would stay again in the future...there are other choices that are less expensive and just as good service, and updated rooms. And what is VIP access? We were not informed.

I have traveled to many destinations and this property is easily in the top five. I will stay here every time I come to Tucson, this place is a hidden gem.

The exterior, landscaping, and facade, no doubt, are beautiful and well-maintained. The room condition was another story. The drain in the shower/bathroom was clogged, the hair dryer did not work, and it took 30 minutes with two calls to guest service for a replacement. Only two restaurants on the property. The adult pool has no service. The lobby lounge does not open until 3 PM. We upgraded to a deluxe room with a view, and we got a parking lot view next to a busy walkway. Overall, the experience was so-so. Customer service is below fair.

We absolutely loved our stay, we had plenty of stuff to do and the views were spectacular and the service was top notch. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent!! Thanks for the incredible stay!

Awesome time! We were able to check in early. The room we first got had a smell to it, we called the front desk and the guy named “Safe” came and gave us a new room, which was SO great! The food at the Flying V was amazing! The views were spectacular! My friend and I had a great time! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful property. Plenty of options for food, drinks, relaxing and spoiling ourselves. We had excellent service at the spa, restaurant and poolside bar. Overall a wonderful experience.

The room could definitely use a bit of an update. Especially the bathroom. I think the biggest problem for us was the sagging mattress and the heavy comforter. We also tried to use the pool an hot tub but that wasn’t possible. The whole outdoor pool area was crowded with drunk and yelling people and nobody was there to oversee what was going on. We felt uncomfortable and left. Not the type of hotel we expected, will not return.

This was a stay to commemorate our first date at the Flying V 35 years ago. Jenesia at check in was great. She tried to get us a room with a view of Tucson, but not much available. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Nice shower. Overall fun stay.
