We’re so happy for this place the Hotel good for rest

The room was nice and spacious for our family of four, with a good-sized bathroom, plenty of storage, and a private patio with seating. Every space in the hotel was clean and beautiful. The gym was spacious with plenty of equipment. The pool was refreshing in a beautiful courtyard area and has a sizable hot tub. The hotel restaurant had great food all day long and even better service. Housekeeping was performed daily, but if you choose to forego it, you get a restaurant credit. We were able to get a complimentary late check out. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, the food was good and the room offered lots of space and a serene setting. We’ll be back again.

This is a wonderful hotel, best location, easy to get to, great staff and comfortable hotel rooms. We always stay here when spending the weekend in Westlake Village. You will enjoy it.

Nice location, close to amenities and quiet

Very quiet and clean

It seems crazy not to have a couple of nice plastic glasses in the room. Also, a small microwave oven would be a great convenience, even if offered for a fee.

Very nice hotel. Room was really nice and spacious. Outside area was nice with pool, waterfall and firepit. Will stay here again!

Valet staff was excellent, Nathan was extremely helpful. However, very disappointed that the front desk placed me on the “ pet” floor and I’m very allergic, especially in a small space. Love animals but just wanted to be informed. Woke up with swollen eyes and itching. Dave in the restaurant was very personable but won’t stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency has become our hotel of choice when we visit family in Westlake Village. It is "grand" without prohibitive prices and the staff is without exception friendly and efficient. The only down side for us was the unimaginably bad view outside our window -- machinery presumably for HVAC and related functions. The "green" option with a nod to eco friendly gave us discounts on our daily use of the restaurant and coffee service.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent!

Very clean room, bathroom etc. the valet parking is somewhat confusing, it is almost easier to park the car my self than to use this service. Other than that it is a great property. Clean comfy room. Check in/out is a breeze.

Nice older hotel .

Stayed here for our family’s wedding weekend and it was amazing! The hotel was at full capacity and we still felt more than comfortable.

Rooms simple, updated and most importantly clean. Service was also great.

This hotel may look and sound nice on the basis of its website and its photos. But I had a horrible experience there last weekend. I had booked a standard king room -- and when I checked in and got to my room, we were stunned. The room had one TINY window, and it looked directly into a huge concrete wall/room literally ONE FOOT away. This was basically a windowless room. The front desk would not change my room, stating the hotel was sold out - and that was it. They wouldn't even consider trying to do something for me. Out of the question. Further, the next morning there was leftover food and trash sitting on some kind of catering table just doors away from our room. And right outside our door the next morning, there was a luggage cart with a wet and soiled towel hanging from it. Disgusting. I reached out to Hyatt's customer service team on Twitter, and they were apologetic and said they had been in touch with the hotel and a manager would reach out to me to apologize and see what could be done. No one from the hotel bothered to do that, even just to say they were sorry for the room I was given. It was pathetic. And I will never step foot in another Hyatt as long as I live. You don't treat guests that way and expect them to return.

What a scam. My family had unique circumstances, and these money-grubbers stole from us. Unbelievable. We never even stayed at the location. It was a booking error on their part through Expedia. Shame on you, Hyatt. Managers who have no foresight. Will NEVER stay here, ever, and will make sure people know to NEVER stay at this property.
