Loads of free car parking, friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was exceptionally clean and in great condition and as always at Holiday Inns the beds are really comfortable, nice bedding and pillows. Premium room had it's own Lilly coffee maker and free snacks/drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. Good quality products to use in the bathroom which was also immaculately clean. All round really happy with my stay!

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of free parking.

My noodle soup for dinner came with a dead fly and a hair in it. The restaurant manager was very good but I cancelled breakfast and opted for McDonalds.
When I went outside for a cigarette at 11pm, I saw a mouse run down the hallway. Reported to the staff in the morning.
Rooms were awkwardly small, thin walls, and the TV was just on the side of a desk and you couldn't easily watch it from bed without craning your neck. The shower was visibly grimey, the shower on/off valve felt like it was about to fall off, most plug sockets weren't even installed properly in the side of the bed and were visibly wonky. One plug socket was damaged and looked like it was falling off.
£90 is insanely expensive for that, and the place is not fit to eat in. Flies in the food and mice running down hallways point to real issues with cleanliness and pest control.

Very attractive & good renovated hotel. Decoration good, standard room shower room is a bit tight. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff, pool, sauna & jaccuzzi. Adequate car parking, on bus routes to Norwich, although these are no good evening times.

A good property for a weekend stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Well equipped with tea and coffee plus kettle. Breakfast was very good.

Check in was very good but the room is not a superior room and is smaller than advertised so have been miss charged. The bathroom is tiny and I do mean tiny. It’s a mission manoeuvring to turn so you can shut the door.

The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really.

Hotel room in general seem a bit tired but was fairly comfortable. Room AC was quite loud in the night as the room was hot.
Plus points were the staff were really helpful and friendly. Additionally the pool was handy but very clean.

Very nice & friendly place and has sauna and swimming facilities are great. It has decent free car park, accepts pet dogs and is next to major roads. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and a dinner, both were reasonably good.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast which was good quality, varied and well labelled. Made use of the gym which was fairly wrll equipped.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna were great and easy to access. The changing rooms had adequate lockers and showers and a swimwear dryer.
The staff were polite and helpful. I visited the bar late into the night and the staff were more than happy to stop whatever paperwork or jobs they were doing to prioritise me.
The beds were comfy but the rooms are in need of soundproofing as twice I was woken by people moving things upstairs or people returning to their rooms next door.

Hotel overall was good. Lovely sized room but slightly uncomfortable bed. Breakfast selection was brilliant , such a shame it wasn’t very hot.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool with a sauna, steam room and gym which both my wife and I enjoy. We used the hotel as a base to visit Norwich and although it is not quite walkable it is still a very short car or taxi drive. The hotel room in comfortable with all the usual amenities. Food and drink are available but we did not avail ourselves of these services. Nice place for a weekend stay.

My husband and I traveled to visit our son at Norwich Hospital and stayed for two nights only, the proximity to the hospital was great for a short taxi drive. Hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner areas very clean and food was very tasty and good variety.
Staff is very friendly and helpful with all our requests and questions. I would stay here again if need be. Norwich is a very relaxing lovely town!
