I stayed here a week for my wedding. The hotel is wonderful. We booked the suite which gave us private access to the rooftop bar and we had a very large room with a very large patio and view of the Eiffel Tower. This was our first time in Paris and we will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly the drinks at the bar are good. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay close to all the high end shops and attractions and away this is your spot.

Overall the trip was ok the room was freezing as no heating working but the staff came up with a solution

Great service at front desk super helpful. Even accommodating my write in balcony request. Only “complaint” is that the room was very warm, to the point of not being able to sleep. Though I do find this to be fairly typical for Paris. Just wish I was able to drop the room temp, even when I adjusted the thermostat in the room it didn’t do anything. Otherwise, good spot. Fairly close to transportation and there are a few good restaurants open late in a short walk away!

Great Hotel, clean, friendly staff and Kudos to Nicole who checked us in, exceeded professionalism. Roof top bar is great if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Great place

Staff refused to help us with 4 luggage I had. I had to take all the luggage by myself with my 8 years old child. Also, they have the smallest elevators ever where you cannot fit two luggage with one person. Also, there are stairs before elevators, so we I had to all carry my luggage through the stairs and I took three trip with those small elevators to get my suitcases up to the room. Hotel never has staff and everything they advertise such as Resturants and rooftop bars is always closed for one reason or another.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the Pley Hotel. The room was spacious and in good condition, as well as being very clean indeed. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English which was helpful when our French language skills ran out! It's also in a convenient location for exploring all that Paris has to offer, with many places within walking distance, or accessible via the RER and/or Metro. We visited Disneyland for a day and it was less than an hour 'door to door'. The only slight disappointment was that there was an event going on in the bar on the evening of our arrival, with loud music until just after 23:30. With our room being just above the bar area, it was pretty loud and I suspect we would've been unable to sleep had we gone to bed earlier. I understand that hotels do often have events on, but it would have been nice to know this in advance, and maybe also what time the music was due to stop. The positives far outweigh this, however, and I wouldn't hesitate to book the Pley Hotel again.
