Nancy at Front Desk was wonderful. Apartments were very clean. Full kitchen and two bathrooms. Master bedroom upstairs. Good location.

This property and their management need to treat their staff better and provide their guests with adequate support. When we checked in, the front desk attendant was not friendly. Our key cards were dysfunctional twice. On the second instance there was no one at the front desk and we were locked out of our room. The only way that I was able to get back into the room was by climbing over our neighbors balcony and going into the balcony door, which we luckily left unlocked. When I tried to get the situation rectified the next morning, the front desk person was impatient and extremely rude. I don’t blame them since it was clear that they didn’t have adequate support from their leadership. In addition to that, the air conditioning in the room was not good on the second floor. Overall, the place has opportunity. But it’s clear that they don’t want to invest in providing their guests with an enjoyable stay.

Very nice property. Clean, friendly, convenient. Only draw back was the loud music from the bar across the canal.

The staff was pleasant but no service or towels unless you ask; and even after still no cleaning service to the room. Expected better.

We visit the area to dive. So the extra room is nice with all of our gear.

First had additional $150 of undisclosed fees added to rate. Then we had to move rooms twice because of no hot water. Some rooms had cockroaches and cleaning staff just swept them out into parking lot. Must be new owners or management because the property was excellent after being renovated the last time. Conditions and Service are too be desired. Also no longer a laundry facility onsite for guests to use.

What a great place! Great location to stay for all your diving, scuba and fishjng trips out of Key Largo because chances are your charter will be very close by! Staff is friendly and pool is great! We will return!

The downstairs TV did not work, despite the help of the front desk clerk. The clerk was a very nice guy, but his clothing was filthy and he smelled of weed. Overall, the unit was very clean and comfortable, but the walls were paper thin, so much so I was sure someone was talking in our unit in the middle of the night. Of the front desk crew, Esther was a joy!

Waterside Suites and Marina felt like home! We stayed for four nights and loved every night. The staff members were all polite and helpful. Check-in was simple and the peanut butter cookies were amazing! The suite is the perfect size to hang out between activities and extremely safe. The suite was clean, organized and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen with dinnerware. The location on the marina is convenient and fun. We can't wait to come stay again.

I would never stay at this property again. When I checked in they charged me a 59$ fee and stated everything else was paid for which I confirmed 3 times with the front desk girl because I could’ve sworn that I needed to make the payment there. I even asked when I checked out they said everything was paid for. They waited until after I checked out to call me and charge me the supposed full amount (adding another fee) I called them several times to give them the correct card no response. They went ahead and charged the wrong card. I’m have called multiple times no response. They’re unprofessional, their staff is constantly walking around leaving the main office unattended. I saw the employees hanging out by their cars when they clearly needed to be in the office. If you ask two employees the same questions they both have different responses. They’re not up to date on their own policies. This whole experience was completely unprofessional. The bathrooms were disgusting. They kept luggage and others people’s personal belongings in an unopened storage closet by the pool that anyone can access. 0/10 experience. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place exceeded my expectations. The view was great. The rooms were clean. I only have a few minor complaints. The screen door to the balcony was broken and the sink in the upstairs bathroom was clogged. Housekeeping could’ve been better. But overall this was a good stay. Would definitely stay here again

We love Key Largo and decided to give this place a try. It definitely has so much potential but needs an overhaul on maintenance and customer service. The room is actually a 2 story apt/condo style with kitchen/living room and bathroom downstairs with a covered balcony overlooking marina canal. You have a 2nd bathroom with bedroom upstairs. They were mostly renovated but still in the middle of it so we had to listen to constant saws and pounding on both sides in adjoining rooms, also had equipment and shop vacs blocking our door at times. The carpet on stairs and bedroom is dirty, needs ripped out. 2 roaches in kitchen. I would also like to mention that they have several young girls working at front desk and there is no customer service. They all seemed miserable and unprofessional. We ended up checking out 2 days early due to the atmosphere but I would like to see how things are after an overhaul. The restaurant across canal was a plus, Sharkeys, live music and really good food.

We had a wonderful stay, relaxing, quiet time, the suite is like a Condo, I thought it was wonderful, clean, the balcony was super nice, we sat outside at night after finishing in the marina , great kitchen, the bed was comfortable, A/C was great, we would come back. It’s near restaurants and shopping. Parking was always available, the only thing I would improve is the shower, the water needs more pressure.

They don’t tell you about the hidden fees plus it seems to be an issue that they only give you half a shower door so the entire floor gets wet. Other than that, its a bed I guess
