Rooms not cleans, stains on bed sheets and towels. Lot of noise. Car was damaged on the parking lot during the night

The room smelled bad, there were cockroaches. They forgot to change the sheets and clean the room. The breafast was terrible

The place was semi-clean. Bed sheets had stained but smelled clean. Floor was dirty when I had to clean it with a towel because I dropped water.

Saw three roaches and checked out early. They charged me $50 just for checking out early as well.

The hotel is located in an area that is heavily populated with homeless people. I have nothing against them but they roam the property freely and I didn’t see any type of security patrolling the property. At 5am two men came and knocked on my door looking for the drug dealer that stayed in the same room I was assigned to. This was very disturbing because my daughter could not go back to sleep, so we just checked out early and left. The pictures look nice on the website but don’t be fooled.

The property was with bad smell and dirty.

Shower curtains were full of spots of mold, people would go knock at your door at 2 am I was there 12 days because I reserved the wrong room and never did i get new towels or anything, or housekeeping

In a newer room, but not the best. After reading the reviews, I was almost scared to stay here. It wasn't as bad as the reviews. However, it wasn't good. The property looks run down, but was also in the process of remodeling. Nice hot shower, after a long day, was ruined by getting a towel that was stained (I hope it was stained and not dirty), really sucked!

This property should nkt be apart of Expedia until renovations are made. There was junkies and homeless people around rhe property. Roaches, flies and mold were also tenants.

There were stains all over the place. I cancelled my reservation the day of and they have not given me a refund or a receipt when they said they would.

Overall rating low because the cleanliness was terrible. There were blood, sweat, and other stains all over the sheets and room was just not cleaned well. Full disclosure, this was a last minute booking and you get what you pay for, but I would still expect a clean room. Staff was understanding, but limited in what they could do. I was here for 2 nights, bought my own sheets and made it work, but if I was with my family I would have left.

The hotel is under renovation and is very dirty

Its in the ghetto. People live in them. Fridge wasnt cold, no ice machne, some random person knocked on our door after dark. Bathroom wall wall filthy. Felt tlike towels weren't real clean. Pretty sure i saw a prostitute and someone doing drugs in parking lot. Lots of foot traffic in parking lot Wont stay there again needless to say. But it was cheap so i guess ya get what ya pay for.

The price was the only thing.cause I had roches on my bed the towels and sheets were dirty and people out side and loud music and fighting so yes no more for me there.

The area around this motel has a large population of homeless people lurking around and sleeping in vehicles parked on the street. They have the back all fenced off but they are still around. They are remodeling the lobby. The room had very basic furnishings and the towels were old and scratchy but clean. We left before breakfast for an early flight. The price is low and it is not a hidden gem.

It was clean enough and definitely worth the price.

This place should not exist! It is a hell hole and everyone travelling alone or with kids should stay away. That place is scary and most possibly a place used by the hour for protitution or adultery.

if you don't plan to spend anytime in the room or bring anything worth of value, this may be a fine hotel for you lol I was going to Buda for a concert and just needed a place to sleep and shower. We got to the hotel late Friday night. There were no bright lights into the lobby because of renovation so I did not get down, my boy friend went to sign for everything as I felt uncomfortable. The parking lot was dark and when we went up the stairs there was a man and woman sitting at the top. It was surprising, and alarming. My boyfriend is a 1st responder and has a licence to carry, so I felt safe under the circumstances but in any other situation I'd feel very concerned. While going to the room there was another person sitting in the walkway of the hotel. We get into the room, and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms looked great! Updated tv, fridge in the room, remolded bathroom, with a touch screen mirror. Though the shower curtain did have mold on it. Saturday morning, we left eary and could see all the trash that we were blind to the night before. Trash eas overflowing from the trashcans at the top of the stairs and all the entire parking lot. When going down more people hanging out at the stairwell. When getting into our car, the car next to us is blaring music and the driver hunched over. Concerning. We come back late Saturday night, more people at the stairwell. Sunday morning, we leave and see the markings on our door of where someone had tried to break in before.

Definitely needs renovations, even though smoke free our room smelled like cigarettes. Towels were stained and tub had hair.

The room itself was acceptable however the lobby was completely tore up due to renovations. Staff was not attentive at all. We were woken up at 5 am by a stranger knocking on the door. For the next few hours there were people sleeping on the stairs to get down to the parking lot. Definitely did not feel like a safe environment. Do not recommend staying here.

Worst experience ever staying at a hotel, hands down. Moldy refrigerator that did not work, heavy smell of smoke in a non-smoking room and the smell of marijuana around the entire property. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to stay but here.

Breakfast was advertised but not available

They were doing construction work in the lobby. The day we arrived they were sanding the concrete floor which it’s very toxic. Staff and guest we had to breath that. The breakfast area was in the area of construction and all the snacks and everything were covered by concrete dust. OSHA will definitely give them a hard time if they knew. Workers doing job without masks. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was an “non smoking” area. We got disturbed by a crazy guy knocking on our door, we had to call the desk to tell them to go away. The room wasn’t cleaned well when we arrived, there were old smelly towels, we had to purchased towels. They never came to clean the room during the time we were there. We asked for an iron which they provided the first day, after that they said they didn’t have that service. The breakfast was included but who wants to eat breakfast in a room full of concrete dust due to construction!?
