GREAT location, friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms. The indoor pool is really a hidden gem at this hotel! Best indoor pool I think I've ever seen. My kids LOVE to swim, so we always try to stay at a place with an indoor pool, but the vast majority of them are just your average square pool in a room. This pool has a waterfall, a little "grotto" to swim around, and the hot tub is up on a platform in a "rock" formation. Front desk staff was very friendly. We did not try the restaurant. Bathrooms were sparkling clean, which is a must for me. My only complaint, and I know this may sound petty, but I had to find something to complain about - the sink in the room was this seashell shape and it's totally flat on the bottom. So when you're brushing your teeth or doing anything in the sink, the toothpaste/whatever doesn't go down the drain. It just kindof languishes in the sink. I hate that. The location cannot be beat. Less than 1 mile from the main "strip," and the Log Cabin pancake house is a 5-minute walk away, if that's your thing. I'm so glad I found this little hotel and can't wait to go back!

Customer service & location was excellent. Rooms are old with zero sound barrier and drafty.

It’s was a one night stay. Room was great! Water pressure in shower was great plus lots of hot water. Indoor pool and hot tub was really awesome especially after doing lots of walking. Just watch out for bears!

Rooms were outdated but nice. No microwave in our room. I thought that was odd. There was one in lobby to use. Pool was amazing with hot tub and sauna. Would definitely go back… about 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg. We had a creek side room. A bear visited parking lot across the creek and we had geese right out our balcony!

Affordable. Was clean. Sweet pools. But old building with Roaches. IDK if thats because its old or because the south has a problem with bugs.

I was disappointed i stayed there for two nights they never came in to clean up and make the beds after the first night plus the water pressure in the shower was very bad need to be look at and the tub facet leaks

Lovely stay. Front desk so nice and helpful. Big rooms with small balcony overlooking the river that runs next to hotel. Beds comfortable. Inside pool and hot tub clean and kids loved it. Will definitely stay again.

This is our second time here. Check in was fast and easy. Room was great. Food was great. We love it there!

The app rated it an 8 was more a 6.5 maybe a 7. The guys in the Cafe were awesome and the food was good. Room could use an update some cracked tiles and the shower rod hanging by 1 screw. Not a bad walk to the main strip. Was ok for the price.

The room we had was great. It was outdated but they have started on rennovations to upgrade all the rooms.

With an excellent rating I would have expected something a little nicer. The room was ok but it smelled bad and was not what I expected.

The staff was very friendly during checkin and throughout our stay. They always greeted us when walking thought the lobby. The rooms were clean and the price was very reasonable. The room was a little outdated but we would stay here again!

Great place to stay we really enjoyed our stay.

The lady who helped me was lovely, but nothing was updated at the hotel nor on the Expedia app for this hotel. She told me to stay out of sight with my dog-made me nervous. I tried to call Expedia to say they don’t allow dogs my pet’s size and the fees were not clearly written on there and they do not include breakfast at this hotel. The phone didn’t work in my room and the bathroom faucet leaked. The carpet was brown dirty to the touch and a bear got on my car (and I traveled with 2 little children). Not cool.

The room that we received was very spacious. I loved the layout with the bedroom being an upstairs loft. I looked clean and quaint with an old fashioned look to it. However, we booked a three night stay. We didn’t return until after 10 pm nightly. The upstairs toilet had issues with the tank not refilling. Then, we saw a roach on night one while watching television. On night two, we saw seven roaches throughout the room. Needless to say, we cut our trip short and checked out the following morning. The management refunded my money without any issues. If it hadn’t been for the roaches, that room would have been a nice place to stay since it was quiet.

Our trip was absolutely wonderful, felt welcome comfortable. It was like a dream , complete bliss, my husband and I had a great time and will return.. thanks to Sidney James we have a fairytale to tell our grandbabies

Room smelled heavily of mildew. No additional pillows were available. Staff was not very caring. Food was decent in cafe. Main bldg seemed to be in better shape, but the bldg across the street (ours) needs a lot of attention.

It was an affordable, clean place to stay that allowed our pug to stay with us. My kids and I loved the pools and hot tub. The room was basic, exactly as described, but all we needed. The breakfast at the poolside cafe was delicious. We will definitely be staying here anytime we bring our doggy.

It was ok and close to downtown.

Took us 12 hours to get to the hotel. We drove with our special needs son, beagle and tabby cat. Get to the hotel at 8:30pm. Only to be told ESA ( emotional support animals) are not allowed on the property. We can bring our beagle but cat no. We got a refund and spent almost another hour or so finding a place. Thanks for nothing!

The room was very outdated. They painted the tub, and the paint was coming off. The property does not look like the pictures.

Its was nice but room service never came for four days and had to get our own towels and take the the used ones. They also was guessing my expiration date on my card Before i arrived
