We were very happy with our choice of stay. Located near highway exit, Close to good hiking in Blue Ridge area, Good restaurants in area, Friendly service nice breakfast in the morning and reasonably priced.

Quick and easy check in with the friendly service. It appeared they were in the midst of upgrading from carpet to floating floors (we had floating floor room). Room was clean.

Went to check in, but nothing was reserved. Had to go to another hotel at 1 am.

Our main complaint about the room was the poor television and internet connection. The wifi was spotty and the streaming of television content was extremely poor - it was basically unwatchable, as it buffered slowly after every few seconds of footage.

Non-Smoking room literally stank of cigarette smoke. Bathroom fixtures missing parts, no toilet paper roll holder which would cost $2 to replace. The whole place needs a renovation upgrade. The staff was friendly.

Hotel manager was sitting in a lobby chair when we fried to enter through the side door, he didn't get up to let us in and made us walk around to the front door. Key card worked sporadically and he said I was using it wrong (probably the lock needed a new battery) Room really needed fresh paint and thorough cleaning. The utility outlet on the bedside lamp didn't work so I pulled out the night stand to get to the wall outlet, it was filthy behind the nightstand with webs and the outlet had no outlet cover (this is a National Electrical Code violation and a fire/safety hazard). Sewage smell from the toilet and tub area when the door was open. Lobby was nice but room was horrible, even for $70/night.

Tv made me feel like I was in 1990 with how bad and low quality the screen was. Had my laptop tho and the WiFi was good so wasn’t too bad. Overall our stay was pleasant. Room was pretty clean for what I expected. I would stay here again if I was ever in town again.

This motel was incredibly dirty. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor and what appeared to be pubic hair stuck to the shower ceiling. There was black mold in the shower as well. The clock was broken and the room altogether was outdated and not clean.

I had a problem with my debit cards, but the manager there at the time with all my struggling and whining about my cards, maintain a business like customer service, friendly attitude, and when I needed to go across the street to the Kroger‘s to check my card he agreed to watch my personal belongings why I went and did it so I would recommend this hotel over That I have stayed at the Econo

While checking in the staff had notes on the desk describing that a room had Bed Bugs. One of the nights there was a very bad domestic disturbance in one of the rooms. Lots of yelling and fighting. Pretty sure a spot hot for prostitution. Very poorly run hotel.

Cockroaches in the room and outside the hotel. The receptionist that I had for the day was super unprofessional.

The area was questionable, room had not been cleaned, there was no bedspread on the bed, noisy with kids playing football outside, near the cars, the parking lot area I walked out dog had a used condom just laying there. This is the worst days inn I've stayed in so far, we paid for 2 nights, only stayed one.

We reserved a smoking room, and supposedly there were 4 available, but when we got into the room, saw it was non-smoking. Called the desk and was told there were none left. When we checked out, I mentioned this to the (different) guy at the desk, and he blamed Expedia, saying if you ask for something, they'll say they have it even if they don't. This couldn't have been the case. I booked online, choosing one of the available options. Breakfast was nice, but not enough space, had to wait in line a long time, and not allowed to take food back to room.

Nothing like the pictures. Everything is dirty and outdated. The guy at checkin was nice.

The property is in desperate need of reconditioning. The sink drain stopper was broken and missing. The shower curtain rod was hanging down into the shower due to broken mounts. The worst item is that the outlet for the hair dryer had black scorch marks on the outlet plate and was possibly very dangerous to use. Lastly there were people hanging around the property at night and some were going behind a fence to hide and light up. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Althought I called to ensure my room was indeed a non smoking room, bedding had cigarette burns it it..room was dingy and smelled musky.
