I chose the location because it was closed to the hospital where I was having surgery the next day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean.

All of the staff, particularly the front desk were very kind and appreciative of having me stay there as a guest of Hyatt. I do not typically stay at Hyatt hotels on travel, but will be making a recommendation to my employer that we add you to our preferred list.

This hotel offered the best breakfast I have had in a US hotel. Every day there were two choices of a hot egg dish, a meat dish, and a potato dish. Plus yogurt with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, breads for toast, etc. our room appeared to be newly renovated. Spacious and clean. I would certainly stay here again. The only downside was that they are now charging $15 per night to park.

This used to be my most recommended place to stay in Denver because it was well-priced, breakfast was included and parking free. NO LONGER. Even though breakfast is advertised as free, it no longer is, parking is no longer free ($15/night) and you are REQUIRED to allow Housekeeping. And they add a postcard with the housekeeper's name to sort of "push"you to tip. The place is still well priced, the area is okay but not like staying in Cherry Creek. If you have a car Cherry Creek is convenient (7 minutes about).

We have stayed here several times in the past year since it’s close to my son’s house, and one of the perks was that breakfast was included. However when we checked in they now CHARGE $8/ person for what they described as an “enhanced breakfast “. Needless to say, we are breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointed.

My wife and I went to Denver for a conference and stayed here. Room was large, clean, great couch and amazing shower. The property itself is located near some decent restaurants and within walking distance to them. All and all it was an enjoyable stay.

My room was immaculate and cozy. The bed was firm and came with fresh bedding. The mountain view was exceptional. However, due to the thin walls, I could hear phone conversations and the television throughout the night.

Nice rooms, etc. but one of the perks was the free breakfast. Now they are charging $8, which I will admit is still a deal, but touting it as "upgraded/improved" breakfast items. Umm, no. It's the same stuff you've always offered. If you're going to charge, just call it what it is: $8 breakfast.

My room was kind of cleaned everyday. They never swept under the bathroom vanity. There was heavy dust and dirt along with hair from other people who have stayed there. They didn’t take our used glasses or mugs until we left them a note. Our ice bucket didn’t have a replacement bag nor were we given any coffee. The front desk workers were amazing and always helped us when we needed it. The garbage cans in front of the building were always over filled to where garbage was falling out. Their breakfast selection was great and tasted really good. I wish they had options in the rooms to charge your devices.

The property is grossly overpriced on parking and breakfast
After changing the conditions of stsy, they tried to charge me for breakfast after selling it to me as free breakfast
Took a full day to find a manager to fix the breakfast issue
Turns out, at 8$ per day, the breakfast is NOT worth it

Easy check in, nice room, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Only negative experience we had was sitting at the bar waiting for an order of fries and 8 chicken wings for 45 minutes. Not worth the money or the wait. $25 bucks with tip.

Visiting Denver to drop our child off at the University of Denver. Only 7 minutes away from the campus. Lots of places to eat. Laundromat is right across the street. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Parking is $15 per night but in a secured fenced area. There is a $100 hold fee for incidentals. Breakfast is wonderful!!
Room price is a little high but shop around.

This hotel has been my go-to hotel for the last two year. I am vist one week out of which as I’m there each month for 7-8 days. Within the last 45 days, there’s been a complete change at the front desk with the current coverage less experienced, knowledgeable, polished and inadequate in terms of number. Other cuts have been made on the little things as cost saving measures that just make the very nice property feel cheap. No longer using real fresh eggs to make your scrambled eggs fo vs real eggs scrambled

Although there were busy streets around the hotel, there was no noise from outside in our room. That was great.
Unfortunately there didn't seem to be any effort to mute sounds from other rooms. We could hear one neighbor's TV even when they weren't in the room, and we could hear conversations from both rooms on either side of ours. Very disappointing.
