Nothing!

Upon arrival, several individuals were complaining to the desk receptionist. This went on the entire time we were in the lobby with various individuals expressing complaints, concerns with booking and at least one young couple had their car towed while they were checking in. Our room was on the second floor, the elevator was disgusting, dirty and scary. In our room the toilet did not flush; toilet tank water was black and rusted. Several holes were [apparently] punched in bathroom walls. Floors were not clean, appliances outdated. The location and outdoor areas were a disaster; dirty, trash throughout and strange people smoking outside. Needless to say, we did not stay at HomeTown Studios. I was assured we would receive a full refund, including the $100.00 deposit. I have not received it as of today. Please advise.

They change the price and charged me money then what i got the room for

everything the priced changed and they charged me 30 more a night

had to pay 380$ they towed my car with a parking permit the bed was broken people smoking crack outside all hours of the night and my room was dirty when I checked in

I wasn't bothered by housekeeping every single day, I just went to the office & traded out towels as necessary & as well as towel paper etc...

My room key stopped working a few different times throughout my stay so I had to go to the office every time to get it working again. If that had happened in the middle of the night I would have been screwed since there's no one in the office during from like 11 to 7 or so.. that would have been super crappy.

This place is for illegal drug users and prostitution The smelly cigarette smoke filled room, the old unwashed linens, mattress from the trash, pillows, dirty, thin prison blanket with 3 cigarette burns .The door had an opening, so I was able to see outside and outside was able to see in. I had to stuff a wash clothe in it. My towels had hair in them. Then, to top it off, I was awakened to fighting above me and a dog barking. I called the police and had to leave and sleep in my car at 1am in the morning. I felt safer in my car and at least my car was clean. I cancelled my reservation soon as I saw the room. There was this kid (female) in the office claiming to be the general manager she looked like she had just rolled out of bed with a rag tied on her head and house shoes on. She was rude, condescending, passive-aggressive, and abrupt even with the staff. She was rude to a customer who needed a key card replacement. Then I had to demand my deposit back. And now it's been almost a week, and I haven't gotten my refund. I am disgusted not only with Home Towne Studios but I am disgusted with Booking.com because they should have refunded my money immediately after I cancelled. I will NOT be recommending Booking.com or any Red Roof establishments. I will bad mouth both businesses every chance I get.

Room fixtures massively exceeded my expectations -- there was a big fridge in the room, and a stove. The fridge came in use. Value was probably the best in Denver that I found.

Far from downtown (40-50 minutes by bus, and Denver public transit is terrible). Rooms were dirty.

I didn't like anything about this stay and I do not plan on going back there

The first room I was given the door did not properly latch nor did it lock and so I was given a second room which upon walking in was dirty the bed had been used and there were no towels when I went to the staff to ask them for to fix it I wasn't giving it even clean linen until the following night and the office closed and there were no staff after asking the first time for the linens which is why I didn't get them until the following day

Please. Do not stay here. The room was so dirty and the exterior looks like like a full on drug ring. After being re-roomed twice because of lack of cleanliness I decided to stay elsewhere. Reception said they would cancel my stay. They didn’t and I have been dealing with trying to get a refund for 2 weeks. I’m contesting the charge. Please, save yourself. Do not book this! Shame on booking.com for having a business relationship with them!

Well I just love the location because everything is like nearby like King Soopers Target the liquor store fast food places

I had a door that didn't lock so I had to prop it up with a chair to keep it locked for no one just walk on in my unit

price for location. bed was actually comfortable

Really Spartan. Had to ask for trash can and blanket. Had to book through booking.com because the front desk said there were no rooms available.

Staff is friendly, location is great, walking distance to Target and King Soopers too. Best price in Denver. That's pretty much it not much to add.

The room hasn't been cleaned properly for years. Saw police most days I was there. Lots of drug related activity happening around. I was charged the holding deposit twice, but received only one back despite inquiring about it 3 times.

I feel like I got my money’s worth. I’ve seen better places, but I’ve also seen a lot worse places. I’m satisfied.

The common areas could have been a little cleaner. The stairwell kind of stank.
