Lot of standing water in front of every room - AC. They said it was due to condensation. Not right. Drains from AC clogged up. Creates slip hazard. All 3 levels. Roaches in Rooms. Do not clean Rooms everyday. Stayed over week - low rates but not clean. Parking lots - lot of potholes.

Place was run down and didn’t look anything like the pics on Expedia. Bathroom was dirty. No shower curtain. Place was so bad I literally book another hotel in the parking lot and left.

Terrible experience. I booked a 1 king size bedroom and when I checked in they told me that they only had a 2 bedroom left. The hotel was old, dirty and had cockroaches. Me & my wife did not enjoy our stay. Very dissatisfied.

It is a filthy and bad place to stay.

Okay for a quick overnight stay.

Upon arrival to my pre booked room my keys did not work. I go down to reset keys go back up to enter my room to find another guest already inside. Finally once i get inside a room im mortified by the conditions and cleanliness. I was afraid to touch anything let alone sleep on that brown stained mattress. Employees were what looked to be on drugs. ill never come back to this hotel

It was awesome till housekeeper woke us at 8 to see if we are gonna check out why couldn't they wait till 10 to see,but we had a late check out at 12 thou

Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Great job on that. Property needs to have better door strikes ( mine was missing) causing an unsafe feeling. Get rid of the drapes and go with vertical blinds and a little better bed. But staff was amazing always smiling and made you feel welcome.

This place was old and dirty. Property so detiorated. Reserved a king and got a full. Bed wasn't made, tv didn't work, floor was caved in.

Parking lot had rats near dumpsters…a lot. Got into my truck and ate some wiring. Stay away

This property was literally falling apart the floor was sunk in and sticky, mold all on the celling, toilet was broke, crack in the wall, and roaches. Not worth saving the extra buck for a cheap stay. The area was run down and sketchy. The stairs and walk way had water puddles and trash everywhere. The room had the worst smell. Not worth the money we paid at all. Nothing like the pictures advertised.

For the one night stay it was way worth it and super quiet considering its by the highway

The place was dirty unsafe and the manager had a keg. In the office area that they were tapping.

Refrigerator didn’t work $100 of groceries I had to throw away because I had nowhere to put it Our blankets had a hole throughout it with the stuffing coming out. 15 minutes from the beach and right next to the highway. Pictures look different online… When Checking in asked nicely for managers info to let them know front desk host was rude and unprofessional and would not give us any info about manager or who is in charge. It was run down a lil paint was pealing, base boards on walls where hanging off

You get what you pay for. Roads in and out…potholes. Hotel is old and falling apart…could be cleaned better…not enough towels…small fridge left gross. Didn’t feel swept at all. Beds felt broken or like they caved in…not one I would rush to stay at again. If all you are doing is sleeping it works…

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to be completely honest. Upon arrival the building didn’t even look like any of the pictures, the pool was closed, the stairways to the rooms were filthy. The floors weren’t even mopped, restroom was dirty, cracks all over the floor, bugs crawling in through the restrooms, the microwave did not work, on top of all that there wasn’t any trash cans available inside the room. After checking in they said check out was at 12pm and insisted on still waking me up at 8am to ask me if I was checking out or not. There was sunlight coming in from outside of the main door. We were utterly disappointed on this experience due to the low maintenance this hotel had. This hotel should not even be recommended to anyone through Hotels.com.

Property needs cleaning everyone parks how they want trouble finding safe parking , people fighting at 3 am slamming doors never again

The property was very generous on towels. Only good thing. The housekeepers were smoking marijuana in the rooms as they were cleaning, and although check out wasn't until 11am, housekeeping was knocking on doors at 8am, looking to "see who was staying or checking out", my guess was so that they could find which rooms would be empty to smoke in. Also, the rooms were dirty (minus the shower), I literally had to wipe the room down with lysol wipes. There was black mold on the ceilings, and molded spots on the walls. There was people in the pool with a giant speaker listening to rap music so loud you could hear it in the rooms. The front desk Caucasian lady was kind. I will say that. It was truly so bad here. Not that I was staying at the Hyatt or anything. But I have stayed at nice/decent motel 6's in the past when traveling. I would have VERY quickly got a different motel had our traveling group not been so big and needed several rooms. There was a good Mexican restaurant next door, so that ultimately is what saves this place. There are SEVERAL families that stay here extendedly since it's a studio 6, but the place is filled with people who aren't up to much good. I could tell immediately upon arriving. In just the first hour of arriving, there were 2 separate ambulances checking people out in rooms, on the first night I stayed there. No idea why. But I could take a really good guess. I will save my guesses though since I have already have so much else to say. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Booked a room with a king bed and when I arrived to check in they said they didn’t have any and moved me into a double full bed room. When I left to do our activities and came back they booked the room we were staying in to different people while my items were still in there and moved us to a different room and we weren’t able to get our items back until midnight.

The room was not very clean you can tell the floors didn't get swept very well or mopped. The was stains and hair on the sink, bathtub, and toilet. The stove in the kitchenette did not work. We had already spent money on groceries and didn't get offered a room with a working stove. The beds were okay there was kind of a dip in one of the beds and they were visably clean. The table was dirty and the door to the room was kind of broken with a pretty big gap at the bottom of the door we had put a towel to make no bugs or something came in at night and the security latch was broken. The mini fridge didn't keep frozen stuff frozen and the frige part was barely cold. The only good thing was that the ac worked really well, the tv worked, and that the people at the front desk were pretty nice. This is the experience from only spending one night there.

Smelled like mildew sheets looked dirty a/c didn’t blow out good

Receptionist doesn’t care about guest and she denied my reservation without checking my confirmation. She was rude and she don’t have manner how to treat guest. Thanks
