It was awesome that my request for a room close to the front was honored. It made life so much better! The room and bed were spacious, but the bathroom was still small. I was thankful for the grab bar. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I loved the staff, breakfast smelled great(didn’t go eat), loved the bed and blankets but why all white.. didn’t like that. And the pool while we still swam bc well we had came from the river, it was green could definitely use cleaning. And proper chemical levels. Also hot tub jets don’t really jet lol but it was nice and warm and I loved the air and heat system in the room. My daughter gets cold very easy with her condition and she asked to turn the heat on and we were able to do so . I’m happy with my stay over all . We will be back !

Terrible Stay! The entire hotel smells like stale hemp, or marijuana smoke. Our room literally reeked of the smell and made me sick to my stomach. almost a wet mildew smell in our room the two nights we stayed. My sinuses burned, but was told no other rooms were available. Front desk staff were pretty poor if they were even upfront. Bugs in the bathroom and found one on my bed. Really not sure who these people are that are giving it a 10 out of 10, must be hotel management. This was literally the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at in many years! Spend another $20 and get a better place.

We stay at this hotel every year for the state fair because it is so reasonably priced. Located in a safe area. Employees are front desk were friendly, checking in was a breeze. It’s right across the street from Walmart, Target & even Crumbl Cookie. Less than a 5 minute drive to a ton of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was actually pretty dang good, with a decent selection (yogurt, pastries, bagels, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. The make your own waffles were 10/10. I found the beds to be really comfortable as well as the pillows. The only thing was we couldn’t hook up our FireStick, but really not a big deal at all. Pool was clean. We accidentally stayed past 10PM & the the front desk woman very politely let us know. My family will be continuing to chose with hotel when we visit Springfield.

My room had a strong smell of mildew and mold, it was so bad my head started to hurt. I was told that I couldn’t be moved into a new room, front desk gave me air freshener. My bathroom was dirty but the beds were clean and comfortable also the breakfast was average I would not return here

It was ok. We did not stay long enough to eat breakfast or try the pool. The bathroom definitely needs to be remodeled. We check in and then left to go to the Drive Inn, so we didn’t get back until close to 1am. The employee was sitting in the reception area playing on his phone. I am not even sure he saw us walk in.

Our toilet overflowed anf flooded our room overnight. We woke up to toilet water all over our floor and when I called the front desk all I was told is that they dont have any other rooms. I told them I do not feel I should have to and they just said the manager was not available.

It was good overall. Breakfast was good. Everything was pretty much clean. The only thing we disliked is that it smelled of marijuana in the hallways. We stayed just one night stopping through on the way to vaca.

There was a horrible mildew smell in the room. The bathroom was hideous! I took a shower and a bathe in someone else's hair and dirt because the tub wouldn't drain. Even after notifying management nothing was fixed. The carpet was filthy also. I showered in shoes and walked everywhere in shoes. Makeshift canopy was not very appealing. There was only one luggage cart and it was struggling and made lots of noise. No battery in the smoke detector. Broken ice machine, so no ice for the first two days.

Rooms were a little dirty had to request for a new room because the room I was assigned had a horrible odor these second room walls had literal dirt on them and crumbs on desk and floor no bugs and clean sheets and pillows

Have definitely stayed at nicer Quality Inns than this one. A bit in disrepair and not the cleanest. The carpet desperately needed a good cleaning, there was something sticky so we had to keep socks or shoes on. However, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made up for the rest.

A wonderful large room. Very clean,great clean smell and bright white sheets& towels. Carpet was very clean and so were all the furnishings. Fridge was like a dorm room size but held all my food from our cooler. Coffee make was new with everything ready for a nice cup of hot coffee. The lobby did have fresh ready made coffee. Washers were $1.50 and cleaned& dried well. Breakfast was really good& hot. Scrambled eggs, biscuits & pork gravy, sausage,waffle iron to make your own. Cereals,yogurt,fresh butter (2 types), peanut butter cups,3 different kinds of jelly,3 different juices to dispense, water also. Coffee& tea. Fresh roll,breads& beagles. They even had a lady that cleaned tables, removed our dirty dishes, assisted guest with making the waffles. Over all a great stay. I will be looking forward to staying in different States. We love traveling and this hotel has been the best so far for our $$. Not expensive. Great job. Thank you.

Staff were great. Place is old and needs help. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had everything you would need. Overall our stay was okay.

Room was spacious and clean. Door lock was malfunctioning but it was a hardware fix needed. Would stay again.

This thing was pretty good the Room atmosphere was good the only thing was the pool on the last night had too much chlorine in it.

I enjoyed my stay of 3 nights at this hotel. The king size room was very clean & comfortable. The pool and the area were well kept. The breakfast helper was very fr & made sure all the food was replenished . She saw to it that everyone had what they needed. The desk help was Ok.

Only had an overnight stay. It was a covenant stop off the interstate. Has shopping near for forgot items. And close to surrounding attractions.

Got a room on the second floor that smelled like a humid basement. Walking down the hallway you can smell everything and anything. There are obvious long term tenants that hang outside all night, some even had a grill. The place is run down from the long term tenants. Stains, smells, broken tiles with mold behind them. I feel bad writing the review, but something needs to be done here.

Room was humid and sticky even with the AC on. Room smelled like a musky mold smell ,hallway smelt like cigarettes. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, staff is friendly location is great, safe area it's a $50 a night hotel. it's not even close to a $90 a night hotel. Trust me i'm cheap when it comes to hotels I've stayed in a lot better for $65 a night. Could've just been the room I got but it's not a $90 hotel.

This budget hotel is the same price as two others we have used in the last two days and it far far exceeds expectations and comparison to other "equals". Great area convenient to 72, grassy areas fir pets, many dining and shopping options within walking distance. We visited a dog park just two miles away which was great for our dog after being cooped up in the car so much. The hotel is well maintained for the class and the room was very clean, everything worked well, and we were very comfortable.

Morning staff was rude. The pool was dirty looked like it had mold and the drains look like they hadn’t been clean in a while. Hotel had a mold smell to it. Our bathroom toilet had a skid mark on the seat when we first checked in. Overall wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel

Staffing was great

The room smelled bad. The tv was stuck on one channel. The refrigerator sounded like it was growling. When the people upstairs walked around it sounded like they were jumping on a squeaky bed. I checked out at 11:00pm and drove an hour and a half home. The front desk staff were very nice.

Parking was convenient. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical and okay but still good.
