NO option for 0 stars...When I got there to check in, they asked for my ID. When I presented my ID they asked me if my address was correct on the ID. When I informed them it was, they told me they "have bad news" and then told me that they could not rent me the room because "they don't rent to locals". I had reserved this room in my hometown 2 months in advance for my daughter's 13th birthday because it has a pool and a room that would have been perfect for my daughter and her 2 friends. Needless to say, this put a huge damper on the weekend and left us scrambling literally 30 minutes before her friends were to arrive. Why was I allowed to reserve a room with my address if they "don't rent to locals"? I have never heard of this policy with any hotel before and think it's ridiculous! When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman at the front desk called her manager and simply just said they would refund my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and if this is their policy it needs to be clearly stated when making a reservation! Thanks for ruining my daughter's special day Comfort Inn!

The best thing was the breakfast. The food was good, different each day and the man working was very clean, dressed nicely and very nice. There is a tip jar and I encourage everyone to tip.

The hot tub didn't work correctly. It was hot and there were minimum bubbles. It looked dirty (don't think it really was), and it needs more lighting.

We didn’t eat the breakfast, we had a suite. I loved the suite however we had to go out to purchase cookwear because the ones provided were teflon and scratched badly, it wasn’t safe to use. There was only one fork, and no glasses, and one coffee cup. Other than that we honestly loved the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I liked everyone was friendly even with a bunch of kids coming in at once!!! The rooms are spacious!!! The breakfast was good!!

The young man at the desk was friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed he lounge area and our group was able to hang out and play games!

The stay was fine. Areas that could use some improvement - The pool and spa needs more chemical there was foul smell almost a hint of urine. Our room was fine but there was also a smell the best I can describe it was a faint smell of dirty feet and musty. #306

I liked the hot breakfast offered in the mornings. It was quiet throughout the hotel.. The pool was warm and clean.

I like the location of my room, and able to go in and out without going through the main lobby.

The bed was a little hard, but ok.

The suite was spacious and very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The patio was an added bonus the kids loved, would have been great with warmer weather! The pool was heated and hot tub was perfect!

I don't have any complaints. Our stay was great!

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable but I think that is true with all pullout sofas!
