First the good. The room was spacious and very clean at check in. I liked the balcony. I didn't like anything else. The room was very smelly and musty (Paint Creek for reference). Fortunately, there's a nice balcony so I could open the door to air out the room. Unfortunately, the bar is very popular inside and out on the patio, so the balcony was too noisy to keep the door open. You have to request housekeeping. At check in, I only requested clean towels every day. The first day, I got clean towels, but housekeeping left the dirty ones in the hall along with everyone else's. The second day, we didn't even get clean towels and the day-old towels were still in the hall. The beds are very worn. The mattresses badly need to be replaced. And there were ants in my room.

Stay was great the hotel has a cool lobby with fun decor the restaurant had really good breakfast, the bar was also fun clean playable pool table and amazing service from the bartender the night we were there

Upon check in we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm . The desk professional Lindsay made sure my requests were heard with confidence . She fulfilled all of them! With joining rooms and even clear understanding of dining/bar hours . Our stay at the pool was amazing. Was clean and beautiful to experience . I cannot express how much we enjoyed the prime rib and buffet! Off the charts in taste . The dining staff were so kind! Our room was clean and didn’t smell of smoke the slightest. .absolutely recommend . No other place around can top it! We want to book another night right away it’s that good!!

The only thing we didn't like was we could hear other people next to us making nosies th walls were to thin

The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Though there are a few obviously outdated things, they were nothing that took away from the stay. They had everything we need these days, and more.

Nice hotel

The Hotel property was beautiful. The rooms themselves were overpriced for what they were. The beds and pillows need to be upgraded. The rooms themselves need upgrading. The stay was convenient but not likely to stay in the future.

Everyone was very polite. Nice place to relax.

Loved it! Room great and lobby is one of the nicest I've ever seen. Love definitely stay here and plan to visit more often. Love Kerrville and plan on visiting much more often.

The property was quiet when I was there, but the room smelled a bit musty.

We slept very well! The beds were comfirtable. No elevators in outside buildings.

This is a charming place with a lot of character. The king suite is very spacious and cozy. The lobby is eye catching, and the pool area is clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing. More than I was expecting. The beds were in a different room than the sitting area, and were so comfortable. I wish I had a reason to stay longer.

Nothing fancy, very nice staff!

We had three rooms and every room was the same experience. No toilet paper, trash under the beds like it was just sourced under and mosquitoes in the rooms. My daughter got 9 mosquito bites in one night, my niece got 6. Awful. We left after one night.

Large Room with lots of space.

The staff was wonderful! From the front desk to maintenance, they were the best. The tv wasn’t working in the first room that we were in, so they sent maintenance to look at it. Once deemed not repairable, they gladly gave us a new room. The maintenance men were kind enough to help move all of luggage. Despite the warning signs in the room (there’s two doors) we locked ourselves out twice and they were quick to get to our room to let us back in. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and were not impressed. We both ordered off the menu instead of having the buffet and it was mediocre at best. Overall, it was a great stay!

Me, my wife, and kids thoroughly enjoyed this unique hotel. Rooms were modern and very clean, pool was spacious, and environment was great. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Price point was cheaper than the chain hotels. Will be back!

It's a great place to stay, convenient, lots of amenities, but it's definitely outdated, the beds are extremely soft so you sink down, and the caulking around the tub was either missing, to where the walls inside the tub were separated from the tub (no seal), and/or the rest was a big dirty mess.

Everyone was very friendly and personable, and made us feel welcome immediately upon check in. Each time I had to call before my reservation the staff were very friendly and helpful over the phone. At no point we felt like we were interrupting or being an inconvenience. We were given a map and clear directions to our room which really helped since it was raining and it minimized our time in the storm looking around. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view into the courtyard and pool. The prices are definitely low for the quality of the staff and environment. This place was recommended to me, and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone.

Older property, but very unique. Dining options are good in the hotel. Pool is nice. Lobby is pretty cool, very western-cowboy theme. Loved staying here.

The hotel has history but is very outdated. In the 3 days there no one cleaned the room or changed the sheets, or refreshed the cups or coffee.

Nice facility, however hotel staff stated dog friendly. Cant take the dog anywhere at the site. Room and thats it. Very disappointed.

The property had a musty smell. We had quite a few dead bugs in the room as well. We did have clean towels and beds. I expected more from this property.

Hotel was willing to have problem area addressed and the bathroom had improved to my standards. Thanks!
