Our go to! Always an incredible experience. The staff are so friendly and help with anything that you might need.

The hotel was being renovated and seemed to be experiencing some challenges as a result. We opted for a suite to enjoy some down time about midway through our long road trip. We just wanted to relax on the couch for a nice evening "in". After settling in to our first room we discovered that the cold water didn't work in the only faucet, so we only had scalding hot water. We didn't find this acceptable for the price point. They graciously offered to move us to the same type of room. We were pleased. We got settled into the new room, and found that the livingroom TV wasn't working. Or goal was to hang out on the couch and watch a movie, so this was very disappointing. The front desk called to check on us, and we had to let them know of our new issue. They sent maintenance up to take a look, but he couldn't fix it. There were no similar suites left, so they offered to move us to a "next- level" suite (two floors with a spiral staircase!) This time they made extra sure that everything worked and we moved once more. They were kind enough to comp the room and we enjoyed our movie at long last! Not a very relaxing stay, but you can't fault their customer service! P.S. The next-level suite was cool and all, but not ideal for the middle-aged...

Everything was nice, except that there was no hot water. We had the loft suite, so you expect there to be hot water. I just think no one has stayed in that room in a while. But other than that everything was great

Good location for walking to sporting events and restaurants. The bar and lobby area are under construction currently. I’m sure it will look nice when done. Parking overnight was $60, higher than other hotels and public lots. The mall attached in the skywalk is mostly empty so don’t plan on any shopping in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very kind and friendly! However, the room view was horrible. I literally had to look at a HVAC unit. The window was also dirty adding to the horrible view. I have pictures if needed.

Staff was incredibly friendly and remembered who you were from the moment you checked in! Valet was a bit too expensive at $53/day, but very convenient. The location was perfect in the center of all the action definitely will stay there again.

Overall, very pleased. Friendly staff, excellent service, room was newly renovated and very clean.

When I arrived I requested an updated room since they are in the mist of remodeling. The room was nice and I will definitely be returning. This hotel is in the best location.

I have no complaints about the company or the hotel. It was amazing but once you try to close your eyes, the outside environments take over. the drag racing, Good the clubs, hooters, and the motorcycles revving up. If you want to get some rest, this is not the hotel you need to choose. It is a party all night long.

This property was close to all the downtown things to do. It was under renovation, however they did a great job keeping it quiet and clean. Most of the staff was very personable and knowledgeable. I would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it seemed to be better maintained in the past. It is under construction and many features like the full bar were not available. The dining area looked like it was being turned over all the time (one or two with a table cloth and others without). The valet was swamped and it took a long time to park/get our vehicles. The valets were nice and constantly running. I hope this place gets better after the renovation. Based on my recent experience, I would avoid it until then.

I liked it was close to them game we were attending.

Ice machine out of order. Had to take the elevator down to the lobby. Room very small and basic . Staff was wonderful at least.

Check in was great. The front desk people were great helping with a couple of small things during our stay. The room was excellent our room/floor of rooms had recently been redone it was very nice. The location for our event at the stadium and convention center was fantastic. Great restaurants within blocks.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and helpful.

Overrated. Expensive for what I got. No parking. We had to use the parking at the mall and pay $30/24hrs. Valet parking at the hotel was $55 plus tip. Everything is a walking distance. Next time we are going to stay in a motel or different hotel.

The location is great and walkable to most main venues. However the room was very small and the bathroom shower was covered in mold and mildew so much you could actually smell the mold. Glad we were only there for one night. Will not be back.

They have us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for our anniversary! Wow. Great hotel!

The staff was great but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nice hotel. I was in town for a week for a conference event. I am from Parkton, NC, which is 10.5 hours drive time away and was about a 13 hour trip for us. My first night we had to change rooms because there was no hot water. It was either my second or third night that I got very little sleep because the A/C condensation line was clogged and it stopped working so the room was hot. After a long week at the conference, I told my wife Thursday evening that I was going to miss Friday's morning session to sleep in because I was so exhausted, but then we we get to our room around 10PM I find a letter saying that there would be no water on Friday and we must be showered by 8:00am, so no sleep again for me. Friday I got on up and made it work and then Friday evening a family checks into the room next to us and has their kids screaming, playing, and even singing "WE are the champions" like they were playing outside, but they aren't outside and this goes on from around 10:30pm until I went to the front desk at 11:20pm and they sent someone up to get on to them for the noise. I get up early before my wife Saturday morning to get a shower so I can load everything up while she gets ready, but when I step into the shower there is no hot water. I have never gone to a front desk to complain at a hotel before, but I HAD to go 4 times this week.

Beautiful property just so much construction going on. And also unable to get food after 8pm was inconvenient

Couldn’t have been nicer

The staff was fantastic including making sure to acknowledge that we were celebrating a fun birthday in our family. It was a great location, quiet, and it was nice to have the cafe area too.

Under construction. Have stayed at Omni’s in other cities before and have loved them every time, however Indy Omni was such a disappointment. Shower head didn’t work, drain wasn’t draining, room felt damp/dirty. Staff was nice though

TyNeisha was absolutely wonderful. She helped accommodate our late arrival and was helpful from start to finish. The entire staff was lovely.

Get to the front desk and the person said we had been downgraded from a king room to a queen room. Gave us free drink voucher after I asked for compensation.

The lobby and one of the eating areas are under construction. But other than that it was good.
