Very nice

This is by far one of the worsts if not the worst hotel we’ve stayed ever!!! Room was extremely dirty, the shower had mold on the ceiling, the shower walls were splattered with yellow stains, the toilet was beyond nasty. The bedspreads had stains and the room smelled extremely musty. Room 305 to be exact. No management available, the bar has closing hours posted of 10pm and it was closed at 9:20 when we arrived.No regard for customers whatsoever and the premises are pretty undesirable. The hotel has lots of wasted potemtial and it is very poorly managed!

The property is nice and Quiet. The issue is walking around might be unsafe pass the drug store because they had 8 shooting this year. What's left of the township is all closed on the weekends except one restaurant the Critics Choice and the hotels restaurant.

The “signature scent” in the hallways was overpowering. The front desk staff was fantastic and made us feel welcome.

Large trash bags with pizza boxes in the hall next to elevator for two days, trash in the room, dusty, dusty, dusty. Mirror/bathroom light very dim, mirror with severe peeling. Front desk clerk at check in really should find another job not in the service industry

Very nice and safe

So this being right in the middle of the downtown area it does have a business feel to it. Everything was well up to date. Bed was super comfy with very nice linens. I think they had a restaurant inside but we didn’t get a chance to check it out as we were just passing through and stopped for a nights rest.

Very nice

The hotel overall was great, however, the breakfast was horrible! They charge $12.95 for what you would get free at other hotels. The charge would have been fine if the food was edible. Also, the ONLY ice machine was on the 7th floor. Very inconvenient!!

Mrs. Barbie was so patient and kind. She went over and beyond to make sure you were accommodated. I called the front desk several times, each time, I asked, is this Barbie? She is just so pleasant. My room was so clean. Even in the cracks. The bed was so soft and the sheets were so white they looked brand new. The smell throughout the hotel was very pleasant. Also, I've frequented a lot of hotels, this hotel a/c was the best yet. When it was on 68 it literally felt like 68. Cudos to the staff and the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Alexandria area. Only thing that was a minus was there were no eateries in the vicinity. I found that very odd to say that was downtown.

Good location to medical center although not safe to walk at night day ok. Noisy air condition. Limited food. Front desk staff too busy tending to each other than to guests. Room clean and bed comfortable. Lobby nice with lots of seating.

Room was clean staff was excellent.

Our stay was great, and it was such a relief that we got to bring our fur baby with us and didn’t have to leave him home alone in Zachary. Staff was so friendly and inviting.

Staff was great! Loved Nesha, Barbie and Austin. Great friendly service and went above and beyond.

Great experience . Only negative was ice machines not working on several floors, other than that , great experience . Will definitely be back .

Clean quiet convenient

Staff was very welcoming. Hotel and room were clean. Location felt safe and quiet. Being downtown it's walkable to coffee, art museum, waterfront, etc. Downside: I did wish the bar was open later, but that's just a minor inconvenience.

Property and staff were very accommodating. We requested a larger room since we were getting ready for a Mardi Gras ball. The room had a nice view of downtown and large enough for all that stopped in to say hi.

There was nothing unique about this property other than them telling us that Expedia overbooked the room we reserved and so we got stuck in a double queen at the end of the hall beside the ice machine without a bathtub as we requested. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for the hot water to heat up and the heat wasn’t turned on so the room was 61 degrees when we got in it and took ages to heat the room up at 9pm at night with it being 17 degrees outside. There was one person checking in people at the front and there was 10 groups waiting to check in

Building is gross. No bar and restaurant as advertised.

Shower wasn't clean

We chose to stay there because they have a restaurant inside supposedly closing at 8 pm Time of closing not respected! Every employee on their phone ! Bad service! Room ok Bathroom not so clean

Very nice rooms. Very clean! Beds soft and Comfy.

The bar/restaurant is not as listed on the website. Much smaller/low quality, and different appearance/name. Made decision to stay there based on best onsite restaurant/bar, which didn't exist. Toilet kept breaking. Air conditioner couldn't be louder. Door needed forced closed.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean. The counter had hair all over it and water marks like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was also toothpaste in the sink. But overall it was a nice stay.

Very noisy

Good beds, clean, comfortable good nights sleep. If you like a dark room, this isn't the place for you. Really bright outside and no recess for the curtains. The breakfast was pretty cold and mediocre at best; not worth the extra charge. All staff was really nice and very accommodating. We had considered going in the pool but it was very dirty and had a lot of black dirt at the bottom.
